Jennys Early Learning – The Arch has been excellent for our family. We send our three girls there, soon to be four, and they’re supported, cared for, and genuinely happy every day. You see the staff build real relationships with the kids, and communication with parents is always easy. The centre feels organised, calm, and consistent, which makes mornings simple. We’re confident our girls are safe and learning well, and we appreciate the effort the team puts in. Highly recommend.

We moved to Jenny’s @ The Arch at the start of the year, and the staff have been nothing short of incredible. From those early transition days to supporting our son with his food allergies, nothing has ever been too much trouble. They’ve even gone out of their way to help us with extra casual days when needed. The whole team genuinely adores every child in their care, and it really shows in their daily interactions. Our eldest especially loves that she can pop in and visit her baby brother whenever she wants. We couldn’t be happier with the care our children receive. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Jenny’s ELC. From the moment we first toured the facility, we felt confident that this was a place where our child would be safe, nurtured, and encouraged to grow — and they have absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. Our child lights up when they see their educators in the morning, which says everything about how comfortable and loved they feel there. The caregivers take time to share updates on our child’s day, whether it’s a funny moment, a new milestone, or just a quick check-in. The communication is excellent. We receive daily updates, photos, and summaries of activities, meals, and naps through their app, which gives us peace of mind throughout the day. They’re also quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and always make us feel heard and supported. The curriculum and activities are thoughtfully planned and developmentally appropriate. There’s a perfect balance of structured learning, creative play, and outdoor time. We’ve noticed a huge improvement in our child’s language, social skills, and independence since starting. Cleanliness and safety are clearly top priorities. The classrooms are spotless, organized, and full of age-appropriate toys and learning materials. We especially appreciate the secure drop-off and pick-up procedures, which help us feel confident in our child’s well-being. Meals and nutrition are also handled with care. They offer a healthy and varied menu, and are very accommodating of allergies and dietary needs. Overall, Jenny’s ELC has created a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment that we feel incredibly lucky to be a part of. We highly recommend them to any family looking for a daycare that truly goes above and beyond.

We absolutely love Jenny’s ELC The Arch! Our daughter has been attending for two years now, and it’s been such a positive experience from the very start. The team are warm, welcoming, and truly caring it’s such a comfort knowing she’s spending her days in a safe, happy, and supportive environment. Her room leaders – Doyle, Rorey and Abbi – are incredible. They’ve built such a strong bond with her and have played a huge part in her development over the years. She’s grown so much in confidence, made lovely friendships, and is always coming home excited to share what she’s done during the day. One of the things we love most is how each staff member knows her by name, not just the ones in her room. It really makes the whole centre feel like a close-knit community where every child is seen and valued. The communication is fantastic we really appreciate the regular updates and photos, and we always feel informed and involved in her day-to-day experiences. We honestly couldn’t ask for a better early learning centre. Thank you to everyone at The Arch for creating such a special place we’re so grateful to be part of it!

Jenny’s has been warm and welcoming from day one. My husband and I always feel at ease leaving our child in their care. All the educators are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. This is my child's third daycare and he never liked going to daycares before but in this centre from day one he is loving it... They do make the environment calm and nice for kids... Very recommended.

The best daycare & kinder in Ballarat. The staff go above and beyond, actively engaging and sparking curiosity in the children. All of the staff are very lovely, friendly and seem genuinely happy to be working with children. My little one has so much confidence coming here in the mornings, with minimal separation anxiety! We're so happy we've found somewhere that respects our child and nurtures his development. The app they use is also very user friendly, the menu and meals frequently change and smell & look delicious! The centre itself is well designed, there's a beautiful cafe style dining area near the foyer, and the outdoor areas are incredible!! I'd recommend trying this centre before anywhere else in Ballarat!🌻
