We have been part of the Grey Ward community for over four years with my son starting in the Baby Room and graduating from the Kindy Room, and my daughter now in the Toddler Room. What initially drew us to Grey Ward was the huge outdoor area with its established tree and plenty of space for nature play, as well as the convenience of being in the city, near work. What has kept us there is the passion and dedication of the staff who have made our children feel part of the community and are invested in the education and wellbeing of all the children there. As a community childcare centre they aren’t driven by profits and that is apparent in the personal connections staff build with the families and the level of care provided to ensure each child has the opportunity to learn and grow.

A wonderful community childcare centre where the Director and each and every staff member is kind, caring and professional. All my children loved attending, especially the kindy program. It also has an enormous outdoor play area with lots of planned activities. 5-stars!

Grey Ward are amazing :) Our son started in June 2021 at age three. He found the transition quite difficult (he had never been in daycare previously) but the staff at Grey Ward were incredible at making him feel comfortable to the point where he now loves going to daycare. Our son has a developmental delay and the centre has worked very hard to ensure he is always learning, engaged and included. Our son has progressed so much since starting and we have total confidence in the staff and management of the centre. Could not recommend more highly.

Best Childcare centre, felt like family, all staff were wonderful when our daughter went there, learning was amazing and truly prepared her for primary school. We cried on her last day, sad to have to say goodbye to a wonderful community.

Our two boys have been going to Greyward since the middle of this year. Our oldest in the kindy room. The Kindy teachers are excellent, they run a full kindy program and go above and beyond to ensure the children are engaged. Our younger son is in the Junior Kindy room, we have seen a real change is his behaviour and he comes home everyday so happy. We can't recommend this centre highly enough.

Our son Nathanael came from France to Adelaide for a little more than 3 months and was enrolled at Barker Kindergarten. We chose this one school for our kid and we couldn't have made a better decision. The staff has been awesome with our kid (special thanks to Susie and Andrea) who was not knowledgeable of english language, and made him feel comfortable and self-confident all the time he was there. I cannot think of someone at Grey Ward who has not been kind and helpful, and our kid has ended up speaking a bit of english while he was not even 3 years old. We are really grateful to Grey Ward for all that they did for our kid. We will never forget!
