We’re new to Tillys at Fern Bay, but from day one, we’ve felt right at home. The staff go out of their way to create a welcoming and nurturing environment, and their dedication to the children’s growth and happiness is evident. The centre itself is fantastic—well-maintained, inviting, and full of great spaces for play and learning. It’s been a wonderful start for our family, and seeing our kids so happy each day reassures us we made the perfect choice!

Two of my little ones have attended Tilly's Fern Bay from 10 months old up until school age. Over the years they have developed strong bonds with the educators who have always been so welcoming, caring and kind. I could not recommend a better centre to care for my kids xx

We love absolutely everything about Tillys at Fern Bay! I can’t speak highly enough of the staff especially! They are incredibly loving and caring and we’re always welcomed with the biggest smiles! Communication is excellent and there is so much effort that goes into supporting the care, learning and development of the children! The centre itself is beautiful and clean with lots of fun outdoor and indoor space. The smile on my toddler’s face every afternoon when I pick her up says it all really!

Tilly’s have taken time and effort to know my child as an individual from the first day she started. They personalise activities to suit her likes and dislikes and have tailored learning programs to reflect her developing needs. They know our family by name and always treat us with care and respect.
