St Nicholas Early Education Newcastle West is a 92-place early education and care centre for children aged 0 – 5 years. Located in the heart of Newcastle’s CBD, our Newcastle West centre is one of the few early education and care centres in the city’s centre which features a natural, open-air outdoor environment, rich with natural and man-made play equipment designed to excite and engage children’s innate desires for exploration and discovery.
St Nick’s Newcastle West includes generous nursery, two-year-old, three-year-old and preschool programs. Having small group programs with high educator-to-child ratios allows us to provide premium, individualised care and education tailored to each child.
In line with St Nicholas’ commitment to supporting working parents, the service offers long day care hours (7am – 6pm). Newcastle West’s highly qualified, warm and professional team of educators are always available to share information about your child’s interests, friendships and learning journey.
The centre’s large outdoor play spaces are filled with trees, gardens, sandstone sandpits, mud kitchens, tepees and more, all thoughtfully included to inspire children’s natural curiosities.
