Since our son has been attending for the past five months, we have noticed a huge change in how he does things at home (using cutlery, using the broom, etc.). The educators are warm, comforting, and have really taken the time and effort into getting to know him. They are always willing to assist him and the updates that we get are so beautiful. Management are also wonderful to deal with, always getting back to me extremely promptly. We are very happy we made the decision to send our son here.

First time we tried a Montessori service, my grand daughter took at least 3 weeks of crying before she bonded with educators and started eating there. I used to have to come in my lunch break to feed her, management were very supportive and allowed that practice. she also wouldn’t go in the Pram for excursions so the centre manager suggested I walked her around outside in their Pram and now my granddaughter is more than happy to go on the excursion without me. I was able to call or the service would call me for updates. the educators were very supportive while she settled in care. I had a problem with my account and the centre manager was on it straight away and helped me sort it. The service is very clean and maintained and we also get suggestions to extend her learning at home. Educators are very welcoming with smilies and if I have not met them they introduce themselves.

Our experience with Amiga Montessori was deeply traumatising for our family. My son, cried constantly during his time there, and what upset me the most was seeing five teachers in the room while no one made any real effort to comfort or settle him. Instead of emotional support, everything felt mechanical — like the focus was only on getting “work” done rather than caring for children as individuals. As a parent, I never felt reassured enough to leave him there because I knew once I walked away, he would simply be left to cry on his own for hours. I never saw teachers take initiative to offer him water, encourage him to eat, or gently engage him to feel safe and included. Even basic warmth and communication were missing — I was rarely greeted or acknowledged. I kept ignoring these concerns at first, thinking maybe the centre was still adjusting as a new childcare centre. But the moment that truly broke me was seeing my child standing alone near the room door, sobbing quietly while everyone else carried on with their tasks. No child should feel that alone in a place that is supposed to nurture and care for them. I understand settling into childcare can take time, but compassion, attention, and emotional care should never be optional in an early learning environment.I was not even approached to know the reason behind cancelling our enrolment there.I feel this place needs more compassionate management and teachers who prioritise children and their emotional wellbeing .

My son loves to to go to explorers room.staff in the room is very nice and working on every concern I have regarding my little one .he is learning lots of practical life skills.service is nice and clean aswell.

My daughter has been attending this childcare and we are very happy with the service. The educators are caring, patient, and always make her feel safe and supported. She enjoys her time there every day. Highly recommend.

Janani has been amazing with my 2.5-year-old daughter at Amiga Montessori. This was her first time in childcare, and Janani handled her transition with so much patience and care. She communicates well, keeps us updated, and genuinely cares for the children. We’re very grateful for her support and highly recommend the team at Amiga!!

My son started at this venue recently and we are very happy with the service. A brand new facility with everything your child needs. Each day has a structured routine that promotes learning. Great menu, communication, and always a different in house activity organised for the week. Im particularly impressed with their attention to detail in following policy and procedures at a high standard.
