This place is very bad my child came home with bruises I don’t recommend sending your young children here

Both my kids love attending Cuddles east Byford, especially for vacation care, with lots of fun activities planned each day!

As a grand parent who has always struggled to trust others to care for my granddaughter who has been diagnosed with GDD and possibly Autism, the sense of safety and confidence this daycare has given us has been nothing short of freeing. Many of the educators have been there for years, and the stability, consistency, and joy that brings to the children is invaluable. The educators at Cuddles aren’t just qualified. It’s their passion, their warmth, and the genuine care they bring to each child every single day. They are deeply aligned with families and dedicated to raising kind, confident, capable little humans. There is something truly special about walking into a daycare where the educators genuinely enjoy working together. That sense of connection and mutual respect doesn’t just create a positive workplace. It becomes a beautiful example for the children, who grow up surrounded by kindness, collaboration, and joy. The communication is exceptional. Jess, Dayna, Sarah and all of the wonderful ladies are truly amazing! Their commitment and heart is something I’ll always be grateful for. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of the Cuddles community. I wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to any family looking not just for care, but for connection, growth, and a place where your child will be genuinely cherished. Enrolling my granddaughter here has been the best decision we have made.

Caring team, always working with me with my parenting style, as I’m a ftm, the team help me with any questions I may have. My daughter absolutely loves the room leader that she’s in which means more to me then anything!

We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the warmth and compassion shown to our daughter (and also other children/kids). Our daughter (goes to kindy 2/3 days) often finds the start of her daycare-only days bit upsetting as she misses her friends from school, especially during these cold winter mornings when the rush to get ready can feel overwhelming for her. Transitions like these are never easy, and as parents, it weighs heavily on us too. But cuddles educators offer a really comforting environment. One of the wonderful educators sensed our daughter's unease and offered her a gentle hug—a small act that made a world of difference. That warm, caring moment instantly helped calm our daughter and turned her difficult morning into one of ease and comfort. As we watched her settle in with a smile, it gave us immense relief and reassurance as we headed off for the day. Big thanks to team cuddles for nurturing not only our child but also our peace of mind. Their team’s empathy, attentiveness, and emotional support mean more than words can fully express. We are truly grateful to have our daughter in such a caring environment.

Fantastic centre, My daughter attends for before and after school care. Each educator makes not only her but myself and her mum feel welcomed, like part of the family. Highly recommend.

The best day care centre in Byford! All the staff feel like family and are so welcoming when you walk through the door. Communication is the best I've recieved from any daycare (been to 2 others). The activities they do are stimulating, educational and fun! My daughter is always talking Cuddles, the staff and her friends there. Thankyou Cuddle East Byford for being the best in the business and making me feel so comfortable for leaving my girl in your care!
