It’s been such a lovely experience having our little girl attend Cuddles.<br><br>Jess, the centre manager, has been amazing from the very first tour, right through to being so flexible, kind and relatable. She definitely made choosing Cuddles an easy decision, especially seeing how genuinely caring she is towards the kids and educators. My daughter has been there now for 2 months and Jess has been so reassuring about how she’s settling in and the support given from the educators which is so reassuring.<br><br>The ladies in the room have also been amazing and have made returning to work so much less stressful, knowing our little girl is in such good hands. A special thank you to Miss Addy, the room leader, for making us feel so welcome, taking the time to learn her routine, likes and dislikes, celebrating the little milestones, planning so many amazing sensory activities for the bubbies and answering my 1000x questions!<br><br>I’ve loved seeing the beautiful bond she has developed with Miss Alicia. She is so caring and attentive, and it’s lovely to see how comfortable and happy our little girl is with her. I love hearing about all the little things she’s been learning and working on with Alicia, as well as getting such lovely updates when I pick her up.<br><br>All the educators do such a wonderful job in making sure she’s so well cared for.<br><br>It’s so reassuring knowing she is not only being cared for, but is genuinely thriving and developing while she’s there. ❤️

Alicia in the Hippo Room is an incredible educator, and we are so grateful for everything she does. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to following the children’s routines never go unnoticed.<br><br>She genuinely treats our boys as if they were her own, which gives us so much confidence and comfort knowing they are in such caring hands. We especially appreciate the extra patience and support she shows our youngest, who often prefers to stay close to her at the end of the day because he finds the older children a little overwhelming. It speaks volumes about the safe and trusting relationship she has built with him.<br><br>A huge thank you also goes to the entire Hippo Room team. From the room leader down, every educator works so hard to create a warm, nurturing environment and makes our lives so much easier when we come home from work, knowing our boys have been well cared for. We truly appreciate everything you all do every single day.

Alicia in the Hippos room is amazing, she made him and myself feel so comfortable on our induction days - all the children love her and it shows in the way they gravitate to her. I feel so confident in drop off's knowing Alicia and Addy really care about all there children's early development.<br>Jess the centre's manager has made this process so easy. She's super supportive, easy to talk to and really cares about her centre and all the children.<br>Cannot recommend this centre enough!

My son started at cuddles and it had been an emotional decision for me as a single mother. All the girls at cuddles have made the experience such a smooth transition and for being so welcoming and kind. I truely love and appreciate! The girls are so beautiful to work with they support you though everything and all highly approachable I couldn’t ask for a better centre Jess is so bubbly everyone always gets a very warm welcome when walking into the building ❤️
