I want to share my experience with Cuddles Early Learning East Byford, as both of my sons attend this wonderful center. My eldest son, Morries, is in the Schoolies room and has been going here for over a year now. He absolutely loves it and enjoys his time so much. The educators have provided him with incredible support, and I am especially grateful to Amber and the Center Manager JessA, who always go above and beyond to support him. Because Morris had such a great experience, I highly recommended this center and decided to enroll my second son, Nivas, in the Zebra room starting this past March. He has settled in so well and is doing amazingly. The team there, especially Jess L and Jess B, do an outstanding job. Jess L speaks to me every single day with updates. Since Nivas will be starting school Kindergarten next year, Jess L took the initiative to guide me on starting his toilet training now, which I appreciate so much. I highly recommend Cuddles Early Learning East Byford to any parent. The communication, care, and support from JessA, Amber,Jess L, Jess B the whole team make it a truly special place for children to grow.

Our daughter have been with Cuddles for over a year and She is in the toddler class at the moment. She really loves her teachers and friends. My daughter has been going here since 6 month old and I cannot praise the team at cuddles for their love and passion for the kiddos! Addy, Amber and Alicia in the Hippo room are so wonderful with the babies and really care for their early development!

My little ones have been coming to cuddles daycare for quite some time now and hands done, the best daycare, my kids are always excited to go daycare in the mornings! Staff are incredible! Jess maintains a safe and well maintained environment where I’m happy with putting my children in their care with a peace of mind their well being is well taken care of. The daily updates are amazing, I can always check in to see how they are going through my day! I highly recommend cuddles daycare! Jess is an amaxing manager ☺️

I cannot thank Cuddles East Byford enough for the incredible support they have provided my son, Morries. As a parent of a child with Autism, finding a place where he truly belongs has always been a challenge. Before coming here, Morries struggled significantly with making friends and had very difficult food habits, which made me feel quite overwhelmed as a parent. From the moment we started, Jess A, the Centre Manager, and the wonderful educators went above and beyond to understand his specific needs. They didn't just provide standard care; they showed genuine patience and used creative ways to encourage him. It has been such a relief to see him in an environment where the staff is so well-trained and compassionate toward children with additional needs. The progress Morries has made with his social skills is heartwarming. The educators have worked consistently to help him navigate social interactions, and for the first time, I feel like he is truly part of a community. Their dedication to helping him manage his food aversions has also made a massive difference in our daily lives, as they never gave up on encouraging him. I highly recommend this centre ,Jess and her team provide a safe, inclusive, and loving space where every child is treated as an individual. We are so grateful for everything they have done to help Morries thrive and feel confident in his own skin.

We would love to thank Jess L and Jess B who are super awesome educators in the Zebra room. Our Son Jayden has come such a long way and loves going to daycare and spending time with his favorite educator miss Jess B. Such a wonderful daycare! The environment is warm, welcoming, and clearly focused on the children’s wellbeing and development. Jess is fantastic, she is organised, approachable, and genuinely caring, which really shows in how smoothly everything runs.

Couldn't ask for a better centre to care for my kids. All staff are kind and caring, they ensure routines are followed and any concerns are followed up promptly. Every morning we are greeted with smiles and my boys could not get away from me fast enough. Jess has done an amazing job with her team and I couldn't recommend a better centre
