Kidscape Early Learning Dubbo has been amazing from the very start. After touring other centres, it was easy to make the choice that best supported my child and enrolled him with Kidscape. The communication of the centre is outstanding. Whilst on the tour, Nikki demonstrated her knowledge and passion while also ensuring all my questions and concerns were addressed. She also showed a genuine interest in the additional needs of my child and how to best support them. This level of professionalism and passion made me feel so confident in this centre. Since sending the initial enquiry to our first day in attendance, the team have been unreal in how they answer questions, respond to emails and support my child. By far the best centre we have been to.

We joined kidscape this year and as a first time mum, the staff and Nikki made myself and my family feel very welcome. The centre provides interactive, fun and educational activities daily. It is reassuring knowing the staff are friendly, kind and supportive with all your child’s needs. Everyone greets us by name and with a big smile each morning. The centre is very well maintained - always clean and tidy.

Both of my children attend Kidscape after moving to Dubbo from Sydney 6 months ago, and we have been so happy with their care. All of the staff are kind, caring and attentive and foster a warm and welcoming environment. The centre is always exceptionally well maintained and the kids do so many exciting activities every day. We love Kidscape! Our daughter is currently in the Blossom Studio and absolutely adores her educators. She has formed such lovely connections with Miss Lanie, Miss Grace and Miss Kat, who are all amazing. The educators are caring, nurturing and genuinely invested in the children.<br><br>They put so much time and effort into keeping families updated with daily posts, photos, artwork, sensory activities and dedicated journal updates that have documented our daughter's confidence and walking journey. We really appreciate the insight into her day and development.<br><br>The Director, Nikki, is wonderful and always takes the time to say hello. She knows the children and their families by name, which creates such a warm and welcoming environment.<br><br>A special mention also to Miss Crissy and Miss Mona, who are always so friendly and welcoming at drop-off and have built such a lovely connection with our daughter.<br><br>And finally, we have to mention the food — honestly our daughter eats better than we do! The meals are fantastic, and it's great knowing she's enjoying nutritious and delicious food each day she attends.<br><br>We couldn't recommend Kidscape highly enough. Kidscape is clean, secure and inviting. There is always someone there to greet you on arrival or departure.<br><br>I was put at ease immediately by Nikki’s warm nature during our tour. The staff are all friendly and staff from different rooms know my child’s name.<br><br>While I can only speak to my experiences in the Baby Studio over the past four months, I have found the staff to be incredibly professional with excellent communication skills. I am never in the dark about my child’s time at daycare or what’s happening in the centre. Miss Lanie and her team are extremely thorough in their handover. My child seems happy and is comfortable being left with his educators. They are always welcoming and know our names as well as our eldest (who doesn’t attend the centre).<br><br>I know what my child has done during their daycare week. The monthly program is accessible in the studio as well as on the centre app.<br><br>The centre has been very helpful with questions and dealt with them professionally.<br>The public holiday discount is also very handy.

Kidscape is a wonderful, warm and welcoming centre! My children love their daycare teachers so much that they even ask to go see them on the weekends and holidays! I can’t say enough kind things about the atmosphere that the wonderful staff have created at this service. Since transitioning from a different daycare service we have also noted a massive decline in the sickness our children have experienced and we credit this to the cleaning and hygiene practices of this service and their illness policies! I highly recommend anyone looking for a quality, clean and welcoming daycare provider book themselves a tour! You won’t be disappointed!
