When my toddler first started, I was naturally a little anxious, but the educators made the transition so smooth and reassuring for both of us.<br><br>A special thank you to Ginchu, who has been absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care have helped my toddler settle in beautifully. Over the past few months, I’ve seen him build so much confidence, become more independent, and enjoy taking part in all the activities. Seeing him walk into the centre with a smile and come home happy every day gives us so much peace of mind.<br><br>A big thank you as well to Bee, Alysha, and the entire team for creating such a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment. I am so appreciative of the staff at this centre. They are always focused on doing everything they can for each child to be happy and each parent to be happy too. I feel heard and supported as a parent, and I am relieved that my little is in such a warm atmosphere while she gradually builds her resilience and skills. Every time I've come in at pick up, my little one has had someone helping her to smile, play or settle through her big feelings while she adjusts.

Bee has been absolutely amazing throughout my daughter's transition into childcare. We had been waiting a long time for a place to open up, and from the very beginning she kept us updated and supported every step of the way. Knowing that my daughter had never been around other children or attended care before, Bee helped organise short visits so she could gradually get comfortable with the environment. Her patience, kindness, and understanding made such a difference. She quickly formed a lovely bond with Bee, which gave me so much confidence and reassurance as a parent. My four-year-old son started at this childcare centre today, and he was very happy and enjoyed his first day very much. The staff are caring and welcoming, and Bee, the manager, is very friendly and supportive. They made him feel comfortable from the moment he arrived. He especially loves the basketball room and the fun activities. I highly recommend this centre to other families.
