Being close to home, we decided to try out Mulberry Tree Childcare for our child. We went in with high hopes and expectations, based on some good reviews. We were Very sorely disappointed and contemplated legal action to cover our medical expenses following just one single day of supposed "care" at this establishment! We had to take our child to see a Doctor after having them in here for only one short day! With a Diagnosis of Ring Worm, from unclean or infected hands touching around the groin and thigh area. Dehydration from lack of fluids, and various scratching lesions that required ongoing treatment to avoid infection, possibly caused by other children! As a parent, you try to do the best for your children, but even after the physical trauma of an experience such as this has passed, it's difficult to move on, knowing that your precious offspring have be neglected in such a way by totally uncaring and dirty individuals! Avoid this place, for the sake of your children and your own well-being. I would leave Zero star review if it were possible! Edit to response from owner : I can assure you that I do not have you confused with another provider, as we live in the same street as your facility! A little hard to get confused about that! I don't see how you think you can have record of my account, based on a single review and these deflecting tactics do not take away from the neglect that occurred to our child in your failure of duty of care. Please, just take my review on board, learn from it and stive to provide a higher level of care and commitment to the innocent children that are left in your care.

Went for a tour and felt they were not ready to accommodate children with special needs. Lot of inconsistency in what they kept saying. Incompetent management.

Jessica Clark is the best cook, my child comes home talking about their food for the day.

Worst place. My son was diagnosed with autisms and I organised a worker for 12 weeks through the NDIS funding. They called me to come back to pick up my son as they were unable to keep him. Charged me for the whole day. They kept the worker I found for 12 weeks. Just unforgivable.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a daycare in the area or on the way to work (the extra drive is definitely worth it!). The centre itself is amazing with great outdoor play areas for each room. My son has been in all rooms, he has not only had the best time but has also learnt so much educationally which is going to help a great amount in his transition to primary school. The educators are all very welcoming and I’ve never had any hesitations dropping him off as I know he is in good hands. I’ll forever be grateful to Mulberry Tree Ascot for making a huge impact in my son’s development in these early years of his life.

I was so nervous about putting my daughter into care but from the moment I walked into the centre filled with the warm and friendly staff, we felt comfortable. They have been super accommodating with our fifo circumstances and allowed us to work her care around this. My girl LOVES going each day, she loves all of the educators and all the fun little events and dress ups they organise. The girls really listen and are willing to cater to her individual needs and she’s come so far developmentally. All in all a very safe and nurturing environment and that’s really all I could ask for!! honestly can’t fault this place! Highly recommend ❤️

Positive, Friendly environment. Amazing friendly, nurturing staff. Great feedback for parents on everyday activities the children had been doing. Couldn’t be happier with the service my children and I were provided.
