It’s never easy for a mother to leave her child in tears, but every time I walk into the Rainbow Room and see one of you there, I feel comforted and at peace—knowing she is in the best hands. The way you care for her, make her smile, and fill her days with happiness means more to me than words can express. I will always be grateful for your kindness, patience, and love. We’ve had a wonderful experience over the past three years at Reggio Emilia - Tempe. The educators are incredibly kind, caring, and professional, and the consistency in the team has created such a warm and trusting environment for our son. The variety of activities (from Italian and French to dancing and sport) has been fantastic, and we’ve loved seeing how much he’s learned and grown. A heartfelt thank you to Latasha and the team for creating such a positive, nurturing space. We’re so sad to be leaving due to relocating, but very grateful for the amazing start you’ve given our son.

Our son has been attending Reggio Emilia Tempe for over 3 years now and they are deserving of more than 5 stars. From the beginning in the sunshine room, our crawling infant with the complex nap schedule that they did so well. To introducing him to so many different foods and cuisines as well as supporting his development and his love for all things vehicles. You helped him build his friendships as well as eased the transition into the Lily room. When he went to the Lily room, his personality started to shine, he has made lasting friendships and begged to attend more days so we put him in an extra day. The open communication we had about assisting with his toilet training and speech has been imperative to his success and we thank you so much for that. You supported him through his new found behaviours with privacy and understanding and always included us in problem solving and plans. Now he in the rainbow room, he is thriving, begging to come to school on weekends and holidays, he speaks about the staff and students to everyone he sees, his speech has improved, his behaviours have subsided and I still can’t believe he eats so many vegetables at school! Special mention to the calmness you have taught him during his nosebleeds. Having a chronic condition, it has always been so important for us to not scare him and you have all done so well in adapting to this and teaching him that he is safe. We will be sending our second son soon and I have zero anxiety about it because I know that he is in safe and loving hands. It takes a community to raise children and we are so glad that we chose Reggio Emilia to help us raise ours. Thank you forever!

As a first-time mum, choosing the right childcare centre for my son was a big decision. I first visited Reggio Emilia Tempe when my son was just 4 months old and was immediately impressed with the facilities and warm, welcoming atmosphere. I returned for a second visit and knew this was the place for us. Thankfully, we were lucky enough to secure a spot when my son was nearly 11 months old. From the very beginning, the experience has been wonderful. Latasha, the centre manager, did our orientation and made us feel so comfortable — her approach was reassuring and professional. The first day drop-off was definitely harder for me than for my son, but the staff in the Sunshine Room were incredibly kind and supportive. They reassured me he was in good hands, and they were right. I’ve received daily updates, and it’s clear how much care and attention they give each child. The team in the Sunshine Room are truly exceptional — caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the children. Over the weeks, I’ve grown more confident and happy with our choice. I feel safe leaving my son there each day, knowing he’s being well looked after and cared for. I couldn’t be happier with Reggio Emilia Tempe and highly recommend it to other parents, especially those navigating childcare for the first time. I can’t wait to watch my son’s development here.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Tempe Reggio Emilia. The manager, Latasha, is absolutely exceptional — so easy to talk to, incredibly responsive, and just amazing at what she does. I’ve truly never come across a better manager. She handles everything with care and professionalism and makes sure things are always running smoothly. My son is looked after so well, and I feel confident and at peace knowing he’s in such a caring and well-managed environment. Latasha really goes above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the way she supports both the children and the families. Highly recommend!

Genuinely confused by all the 5 star reviews for this centre as our experience was average at best. My daughter went to this daycare for around a year and we found this centre did not inspire trust or confidence. Specifically - The ratio of educators watching the children when we would arrive for pick up was often questionable, they definitely count people in the building vs people actually watching the kids in their ratios. - The communication from the centre was unclear (and sometimes unprofessional) - The environment within the centre often felt tense and disorganised meaning the educators needed to work extra hard to make up for it. NB: Only sharing a review here as I wish more people shared their experiences of centres that aren't great so we could all help each other find the right place for our kids. We also gave feedback to the centre and company directly.
