We couldn’t be happier with our son’s experience at Natalie's Family Day Care. He has settled in so beautifully and has had no separation anxiety, which we feel is a real reflection of how warm, caring and welcoming Ms. Natalie is, especially with settling for naps as he needs a little extra help at sleep times. We can also see his improvement when we work together with Ms. Natalie and practice the same thing at home. He is always so happy to see her so Drop-offs and pick-ups are always easy. Ms. Natalie is incredibly attentive and observant, and her experience really shows in the little details she notices and that really sets her FDC apart for us! I especially love reading her weekly reports as they’re so detailed and give us such a lovely insight into everything he has been learning, playing and enjoying throughout the week. We also love the small group setting, which means he gets plenty of individual attention and opportunities to learn and explore the variety of educational resource. We also appreciate the way they encourage independence at mealtimes and teach the children to tidy up before going home. I personally like that meals are not included, as I enjoy preparing food for him. We feel so lucky to have found such a caring and nurturing environment for our son!

We met Natalie because we needed alternate care for our son. We found Natalie to be warm, welcoming and to have genuine care toward our child. She has a HUGE selection of developmental toys and a fantastic outdoor area! We provide our own food as with most family daycares which is the reason for the rating. If we needed 3 days of care, our son would be with Natalie permanently!
