Wouldn't bother calling or filling out their online forms. I have filled out the forms 3 times with no call back have called twice only to be spoken to so rudely to and just told the they can't help, you just have to fill put the forms online. Not worth your trouble

I’m super fussy about childcare and was very worried about how my daughter would settle after being elsewhere before we moved. I needn’t have worried! From the second she got there, she (and the rest of the family!) have been treated like a part of the clan! Staff are friendly, professional and extremely intuitive to the needs of our kids, and I never have to worry that my daughter’s sometimes complex needs won’t be met because these folks have their arms around her, figuratively and literally! Fabulous, would def recommend and happy to provide person to person refs if required :)

My kids love going to YMCA at SCUH. All the staff are amazing, caring and fun! YMCA provides a safe and enjoyable environment for children to grow, develop and thrive. The learning journey is caters for children to develop at their own pace and acknowledges that each child has unique needs, interests and strengths. They provide cloth nappies and nutritional meals which my kids love and so do I!

We love YMCA SCUH! The staff are so wonderful and friendly. They always greet us with a smile and remember the whole family's names. My daughter loves going there so much she gets so excited on daycare days. The children always have big smiles on their faces and seem to really enjoy themselves doing all the fun activities and play. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my child as well as they do.
