I highly recommend “True Maple” to all my friends and family. Here the Educators are amazing and are highly knowledgeable.They take extra measures to make your child feel comfortable. The centre has spacious rooms and separate outdoor space for each room. Very much neat and clean rooms. They maintain good hygiene standards. I am glad that I happened to choose this centre 😊.

I enjoyed my placement at True Maple. The educators were very supportive and explained things clearly, all educators are very nice , Specially my room leader Sonia Mirza, she’s very kind and friendly. The centre is very clean and organised. I saw how the educators use games, songs, and art to teach language. The children were very happy and engaged, and I felt included as part of the team. I am extremely happy with the care my daughter has received at this independent childcare center. We started when she was just 1 year old, and it has been a wonderful journey. The educators are truly exceptional—they have followed my daughter from the Tiny Dots room through the Toddler and up to the 4-year kindergarten, providing consistent love and attention every step of the way. What stands out the most is how genuinely caring and attentive all the staff are. They treat each child with kindness and respect, creating a nurturing environment where my daughter feels safe and loved. It's heartwarming to hear her say she misses her educators when she's away because she truly bonds with them. The food provided is also excellent, which shows their focus on the overall well-being of the children. I appreciate that the staff prioritize the kids' happiness and development over everything else. This childcare center is more than just a place for my daughter to learn—it's a second family that values each child's growth and happiness. I highly recommend this childcare to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and supportive environment for for their little ones.

I am really proud of how my son has adjusted to this 4yr old kinder within a very short period of time.He's shown a lot of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, and l’ve noticed how much his confidence has grown. It's great to see him forming friendships and learning how to share and cooperate with others. I’ve noticed he's becoming more independent and responsible, which l’m very happy about. I really would like to mention the kinder teacher named Navoda, I truly appreciate the patience, warmth, and creativity you bring to the classroom every day. It’s clear how much care you put into making learning enjoyable and meaningful. My son has grown so much within this short time, and I know your support played a big role in that. Also i really appreciate and grateful to whole the team. Carly and Jasmine both are managing the whole centre amazingly. Thank you for creating such a nurturing and supportive environment. I am very happy with this childcare centre. The teachers are kind, caring, and always keep me updated about my child’s progress. The environment is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that help children learn and grow. My child loves going here every day, and I can see how much confidence and social skills have improved. After experiencing four childcare centres since our daughter turned one, True Maple is the clear winner and where we'll happily stay until primary school! The staffs are very caring and the incredibly friendly reception makes everyone feel welcomed like family. Most importantly, our daughter tells us "I love my childcare everyday" We're especially impressed with their excellent Kinder program, which thoughtfully teaches crucial early literacy skills like letters and phonics.

Avoid if you can. The place is poorly managed. My son came back home from the centre everytime was very frustrated and fussy and would scream, cry while he never did before from other places, tried many times to communicate, but nothing was reported, until at very late time we accidently found that my son has been bullied by another bigger child all the time. and even after I raised serious concern about that with the management including the director, the centre did nothing, there are many other issues with the centre as well. Luckily we moved away from the centre, we knew it's bad, but after we went to other childcare, we know this centre is bad.

Easy to communicate with the management, environment are so cozy and clean, our little one love the eductor for the first time meet, and they did take action to every comment we leave in their app. my wife and I feel so great to send our little one here.❤️❤️❤️

I wish they were more stars that I could give. My child’s first daycare and the best decision that I’ve ever made in choosing it. The best team, best educators and the best curriculum. The centre is very well maintained, got spacious and hygiene rooms. Their app has got everything in it. We moved interstate and very much miss the quality and standards that we were given at this daycare. Keep rocking team. Your hard work and dedication will definitely be recognised.
