As new parents we wanted to do our research so we could obtain the best possible care and learning for our little one after many months of looking at different child care centers we found that Woodland Tarniet stood out above the rest with their multi cultural staff, friendly atmosphere and professionalism that we saw from the moment we walked in. The staff in the Khushee room made us feel very comfortable as we were worried about our little one being able to settle into the new environment but within minutes we could feel our little one was happy with the heart felt care thanks to Ying, Bimla, Jayne, Ayushi and all the educators in Khushee room. Until now with their continued updates, developments and good routine we are extremely happy and this is why we felt that this was definitely the child Centre for us once again girls thank you for a great job and making our family complete.

Hey , I would definitely recommend woodland Tarneit to all the parents because this is the best place in Tarneit for your children from my experience. I was once a student who did my placements here six months back under the guidance of Bhavesh and Ellie in (Bunurong) kinder room ; and I would say that they are brilliant educators . What I observed here was efforts and dedication in whole team working at this kindergarten towards children . This centre always make sure that every child is taken care of and they do quite few incursions and excursions which is a plus point as every day kids have some new experience. Apart from room activities, they do have cooking class , science class and these all little efforts makes a big difference. Moreover , not only for kids but also for future educators who wants to do their placement , I believe this is a right place because motive of doing placement is to learn real life experience, build professional network ,learn from experience educators as that’s very crucial . My teachers were helpful not only to me but also to each and every single student who was doing their placement at this centre . Bhavesh and Ellie always encourage us to make a connection with children, do activities with them so their motor sensory skills can be improved and also if at any stage ,we r not confident how to do certain thing , they always make sure to let us understand that thing in a polite way, instead of being rude . I really admire their sweet gesture because placements means we are here to learn but not for getting being judged . They sets a perfect example of best educator , room leader and mentor . I have learned lot of things from them like how to work as a team, qualities which every educator must have and be patient always in every situation, positive behaviour, assist with daily routines , classroom management and curriculum implementation etc. However, now I have also become a registered ECT but I would forever be thankful to this centre who assisted me in building my skills and gain practical experience . And last but not the least , educational leader Miss Cherley Sarenas at this centre is a wonderful person , who is very committed to continuous learning and professional development . Hence , I would highly recommmend Woodland Tarneit Centre to any parent looking for exceptional childcare😊.

My daughter had been attending this childcare since she was 10 months old and very settled. However, around 22 months of age, her behavior suddenly changed. She began refusing to go, and for the past four weeks, she was usually crying at drop off and pick up. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking to see your child in distress and even more concerning when there seems to be little to no emotional support offered to them. I never saw educators cuddling or soothing her every time I saw her crying. Instead, I was repeatedly told that she wanted “one-on-one attention.” I understand that each educator has a ratio to manage, but that doesn’t mean a crying child should be left unattended and unsupported. Over 4 weeks, there was no improvement in her behavior, nor did I see any real effort from staff to help her feel safe or settled again. All I heard is that she wants One on one whixh we cant do and it means she will be left crying Even more worrying, on multiple occasions I witnessed other children crying and not being approached or comforted either. I never seen any CCTV footage to understand what might have contributed to my daughter’s sudden shift in behavior. This has been a deeply disappointing experience. If you are considering this childcare, I strongly recommend you observe closely and check how children are being treated, especially when they are upset. Every child deserves to feel safe, secure, and cared for.
