Our eldest has attended this centre since 2021, and while there have been some ups and downs—especially during a period of high staff turnover—a lot has changed for the better. The new manager has been fantastic: kind but firm, and it really shows in the culture. The team now seem happier and genuinely connected and staff turnover is low. Our baby has recently started and absolutely loves it. The educators are warm, caring, and always engaging the children in meaningful activities. We especially love the morning affirmations—they set such a lovely tone for the day. Overall, we’re really happy with how far the centre has come and the wonderful environment they provide for both of our children.

This daycare has been amazing. Coming from sonas in midland, then the midland sonas got sold to stride. it's been our best move. The centre manager is caring and straight to the point. The educators are held accountable for their actions. The programming is excellent, and my child has thrived since being there since June 2025. She is speaking more, and an individual learning plan was done within the 1st week. They take parents' input too and always have activities on till 4:30pm. There is something for the children to do, and they all get to enjoy and have fun. The large outdoor area is great to keep children sheltered from the sun and rain. This daycare is one of the best I have seen, and lots of messy mat play and sensory experiences are there. It's better than keeping your child locked up in a room with the same based on aged children.

Highly recommended child care! The services are excellent, and all the staff are kind and welcoming. My son absolutely loves attending and is always happy to go. The management is also very approachable and helpful—communication is easy and smooth. We’re very grateful to have found such a wonderful place!

This centre is amazing, the staff and manager are friendly, kind and caring, they are all very supportive and understanding. they are all great, patient and nurturing with my boys, my boys love going there. They also have great programs and i love how the different rooms and environments are all set up and are welcoming to meet all the children's needs and interests. Thank you to Liz and all the educators for everything you do you are all amazing and appreciated ❤️

Please do not send your children to Sonas Woodbridge or any of the Sonas centres (that are left). The manager has employed her son to which he is not respecting the rules laid out for his age / qualifications. It has been made extremely clear that all managers cannot be impartial due to the circumstances. The owner of Sonas herself clapped back at me when I raised concerns with her. I am utterly disgusted in the behaviour of the managers especially those higher up that should know how to professionally deal with a complaint. The educators there are the most wonderful people but since the management changeover they have been overworked, yelled at & denied mental health leave… I’ve seen staff leave, and the rest of them have their bubbly personalities be diminished. Breaks my heart seeing how Sonas has turned out.

Having transfer from another centre the staff and families have been so friendly and welcoming to me. They are like a second family to me. Manager has lots of experience and is very caring with families educators and children.

Management don’t care and the model of care is dangerous. Claim to have “under the roof” staff ratios which they say means having 20 kids to one educator is acceptable. Babies mixing with much older school aged kids. Keep your babies and toddlers far away.

The staff is lovely, but management doesn't seem to care at all. Emails with concerns are brushed over and you can never get an apology. Staff turnover is high. Sonas has a great philosophy on paper, but you do not experience that as a parent. I would recommend to find a different center.

The staff at Sonas Woodbridge are amazing. The new staff are mentored and guided and the established staff are absolutely incredible with the kids and parents alike. Some of us are high maintenance and they all take care of our worries and requests with professional consideration, empathy and respect for a multitude of parental styles. I appreciate always being heard and being part of the Sonas family.
