As a parent, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!<br><br>From the front office staff to the educators, everyone we interacted with was always incredibly friendly, welcoming and caring.<br><br>For any parents who have children with allergies, I especially want to highlight how amazing this childcare has been. My son has a severe dairy allergy as well as egg and peanut allergies and the team has been absolutely fantastic in managing his needs. We never once had an incident and they consistently took the appropriate precautions to keep him safe. It gave us such great peace of mind knowing he was in capable and caring hands.<br><br>The regular updates have also been a standout. We always felt informed about how our son was doing, what he had been up to and how he was progressing.<br><br>I have experienced three different childcare centres throughout my parenting journey and this one has undoubtedly been the standout. The care, communication and genuine kindness from the entire team have made such a positive difference for our family.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for the care our son received here!

Stepping Stone at Hove are brilliant. The space is clean, calm and you can tell that so much love and thought goes into everything they do. My little boy has been going there for about 3 months and absolutely loves it and I can see that he is already developing his language skills and also toilet training. The educators are very kind, caring and capable. We receive one or two daily updates with photos and a write up of what our little boy has been up to that day, which makes us feel connected at home to his day at daycare. Each child also has a wonderful progress book which they print photos and write ups of their activities. It's a beautiful and thoughtful touch. A massive thank you to Sharon, Kiara, Kathy, Ashley, Kamel and all of the educators in the toddler penguin class for making us feel so welcome, you all do a wonderful job.

We couldn’t be happier with the care both our girls have received at Stepping Stone, Hove. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by such a friendly and welcoming team — it instantly puts you at ease. Our youngest daughter has had significant medical needs from birth, so finding a setting where we truly felt she was in safe hands was incredibly important to us. The staff have been absolutely amazing — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Knowing she is happy, well looked after, and safe gives us that complete peace of mind. And this reassurance means everything to our family. Our eldest attended from 1 year old through to 4 years old, and the support she received during those early years was wonderful. The team worked closely with us to implement strategies to help with separation anxiety, and we saw such a positive difference. They really helped bring out her bubbly personality and built her confidence beautifully. The level of care, communication, and dedication the staff show to each child is exceptional. We are so grateful for the love and support they’ve given our girls and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and happy environment for their child.

I started to send my kid to this center two years ago, transited from another childcare center, and now I know that I made such a correct decision. Educators here are incredibly professional, patient, and care about every child, and it looks they really love kids. There’s a great balance between learning and playing, and the environment is always clean and safe. My kid couldn’t be happier in this center, and ‘going to childcare’ becomes his favourite thing to do every morning. We’re so happy that we chose this center and we highly recommend it!

My son has been attending Stepping Stone Hove for about 6 months. The team are amazing, my son absolutely loves them and he has a wonderful time. He talks constantly about Sharon, Kiara, Lottie, Jojo and Immy at home and what he's been up to. I was initially nervous moving from Sydney to Adelaide and having to find a new daycare but I feel so comfortable going to work and knowing my son will be spending the day in such a caring environment

My son attends the nursery room at Stepping Stone Hove, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. My daughter attended Stepping Stone Hove from ages two to four. The centre is clean, bright and welcoming, with a wonderful outdoor space for children to explore. The staff were consistently kind, courteous and accommodating. Her key educator implemented thoughtful and effective strategies to support her through separation anxiety at drop-off, which made a real difference. I particularly appreciated the way they focused on her strengths and nurtured her individual interests. 💫

My kids have been going here for over a year. They absolutely love going to this child care and the staff are nothing but professional and friendly. My kids are also picky eaters but they always eat the food here. I highly recommend this childcare and can be reassured your children will be looked after properly.
