our son, Archie, has been in Herta’s care since he was just seven months old. Over the past two years, she has become an important part of his early childhood journey and someone our family trusts completely. Herta brought valuable early childhood education experience from Germany and created a warm, safe and welcoming environment where children feel happy, secure and encouraged to learn. She is kind, patient, organised and highly professional, always taking the time to understand each child’s individual needs and helping them develop confidence, independence and respect for others. Throughout Archie’s time with Herta, we have seen remarkable growth in his social skills, communication, behaviour and daily routines. Many of the positive habits he has today were nurtured through her consistent guidance and care. She has played a significant role in shaping his development during these important early years. Herta also builds strong relationships with families through open communication and genuine care. We have always felt confident that Archie was not only safe, but truly loved and treated like part of the family. What makes Herta exceptional is her passion, dedication and unwavering commitment to every child in her care. She consistently goes above and beyond to create meaningful learning experiences while providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Herta has cared for 2 of my children and they have both thrived in her care. She is very caring and listens to their needs and is very patient. We love Herta's daycare as she is very passionate about her children she cares for and only wants the best for them. She always has something different for the children each day to play and learn with. My first is now 10 years old and he now visits when we drop his sister off and he still appreciates what Herta has done. My second child absolutely loves Herta and we cannot fault her at all! She is highly recommended and if you want care that is quite personalised, I would definitely go with Herta over the large daycare centres.
