I looked at so many childcare centres in the area and this one had the best vibe. I am so happy with the level of care provided - it has absolutely exceeded my expectations! My son loves attending and is so happy to see the team! Every single team member there treats myself and my son with so much respect and care!

We absolutely love this childcare! The educators and teachers truly care about the children — you can feel their warmth and dedication every day. The activities change every fortnight, keeping things fresh and engaging for the kids. My son, Jarvis, has learned so much since joining — he now eats independently, has developed an interest in reading, and is speaking many more words. We’re so grateful for the positive and nurturing environment they provide!

A caring and responsible team who genuinely value parents’ suggestions. They organise plenty of engaging activities for the children, with a great balance of indoor and outdoor play. Communication with parents is clear and consistent, and the food is quite good as well.

I’ve visited over 10 different daycare centres and this is by far the best. It’s clean and tidy, there is such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and the educators are genuinely enthusiastic and committed to the children. We travel 20 mins to attend this centre - could not recommend more

We had such a warm and welcoming tour at this childcare centre! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and genuinely engaged with the children. The Centre Manager, Agnes, and Assistant Manager, Lily, were both incredibly dedicated—taking the time to walk us through their programs and beautifully set-up learning environments. The children looked calm, happy, and clearly thriving. We were especially impressed by the displays of children's work around the centre—it really shows how much they’re learning and how proud they are of their achievements. A standout for us was their regular outing program and the Kinder Café that the children helped create. Such wonderful opportunities for real-life learning! Highly recommend a visit if you're looking for a centre that values both education and a nurturing environment.

We've been part of the Guardian Childcare and Education Kew East family since my son was 18 months old, and now, as he approaches 4, I can confidently say it's been one of the best decisions. From day one, the staff have been nothing but warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Every morning, we're greeted by name—not just my son, but our whole family—which shows how much effort they put into building relationships with the children and their families. Our son’s development - academically, socially and emotionally - has been enormous thanks to the nurturing environment and thoughtful educators at Guardian Kew East. We’re so grateful to have found a centre that not only cares for our child, but also makes us feel like part of a community. Highly recommend!

Guardian Kew East is a fantastic center, the staff have been there a long time which provides stability for our children. The center is always clean and well presented with lots of stimulation for the kids. We looked at other centers in the area and Guardian was by far the best. We highly recommend this center.

The team at Kew East Guardian Childcare have been nothing but professional and supportive. Clear policies, protocols and communication to families makes it a great choice to keep our children there. Families receive regular online updates, support in allowing for an easy drop off. When picking up our children we can trust we will get timely feedback about the day or activities. The team have been excellent in helping meet the needs of our children. They have created consistent routines, helped with transitions at drop off and allowed for smooth transitions from the baby, toddler and pre-kindergarten rooms. We are very happy.

My wife and I chose Kew East Guardian as a daycare for our daughter and it was the best decision we ever made. The educators are exceptional and they went out of their way to make our daughter enjoy her stay there. When we started daycare, our daughter was only 9 months and would only sleep in someone's arms and multiple educators held her while she slept, sometimes for more than an hour! I was amazed at their dedication and overtime they slowly transferred her over to sleeping by herself in the crib, something we would never have been able to do. They have freshly cooked meals for the children, along with morning and afternoon tea accompanied with fresh fruits and other snacks. The quality of the food is high and from what I have observed, the children love it. The building itself gets a lot of natural light, and the educators let us know how the children are progressing everyday through an app with photos. Our daughter looks happy and sometimes she prefers daycare to coming home. Kew East Guardian has given me peace of mind, knowing that as I head off to work, that our daughter is in great hands and that is going to have a lot of fun. Highly recommend this childcare to anyone!

My boy has gone to Guardian Kew East since he was 4 months. He is nearly 2. My oldest child went to 3 different day cares so this is our 4th and this by far the best experience we have ever had. The staff are absolutely incredible! Most importantly such little turnover and that always says a lot about a business! Cannot recommend enough if you want your child to be happy and under great care.
