At Learning Ladder Early Learning Centre Melton, we're excited to welcome local families to our brand-new, purpose-built centre, thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment for children aged 6 weeks to school age.

Your child's safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. Our modern centre features secure sign-and sign-out procedures, CCTV throughout the centre, open spaces that allow for active supervision, and 5 additional Educators across the centre.

Our educational programs are guided by the Abecedarian Approach (3a) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and delivered through play-based learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Every classroom is hand-curated with high-quality, natural resources that encourage exploration, problem-solving, and meaningful interactions through play-based approaches. Our experienced Educators tailor each child's learning journey to their individual interests and developmental milestones, building the foundations for a lifelong love of learning.

Healthy minds begin with healthy bodies. Children enjoy fresh, nutritious meals and snacks prepared daily, supporting their growth, wellbeing and energy throughout the day while encouraging positive eating habits from an early age.

Beyond the classroom, our expansive outdoor learning environments encourage active play with endless oppportunities across sandpits, bike tracks, vegetable gardens, climbing equipment and imaginative play spaces, children are inspired to develop their physical skills while connecting with nature in a fun and engaging setting.
