The educators at Buttercups Maddington have been truly amazing since the day my son started. I was nervous after moving from interstate but they made him feel welcome and I could sense their genuine care from day one! From catering to his individual needs, tackling picky eating and his sleep schedules they have been nothing but the best so far. The centre is brand new either top class facility and plenty of space for those young ones to burn their energy. Highly recommend this service. Thank you to all the educators and also Kelsey the centre manager for being super heroes and looking after our kids with care and love.❤️

Buttercups Maddington have the most intuitive, responsive, empathetic and caring staff. I cannot recommend more highly. There is such attention to detail, so much thought and effort put into the activities. My daughter is in the younger group, and every time I go in there, if there is a crying baby or toddler, they are being held, if they need cuddles, they are being cuddled, they are always being played with or in close proximity to the educators. It is just so reassuring.<br>The bond between my girl and the educators is really beautiful. They genuinely want to know each child and help them feel safe and happy. They always check in with me in the morning to see how we are and update me at the end of the day.<br><br>Management run a tight ship. Kelsey is a brilliant manager, even helping me with reminders of public holidays and such.<br>The kitchen always smells amazing and the meals make me want to up my game 😆<br>Best daycare ever ❤️

My little one has just started attending Buttercups Maddington and I am beyond grateful to all of the wonderful staff that help look after my daughter. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and attentive, they provide plenty of updates of what my little one gets up to throughout the day, which puts my mind at ease. I highly recommend this centre.

I had a wonderful experience completing my placement at Buttercups Early Learning Centre Maddington. The centre manager Kelsey is incredibly positive, supportive and welcoming. She and the whole team made me feel comfortable from the first day and were always happy to guide and help me during my placement. The staff are very professional, kind and passionate about providing quality care and education for children. I truly enjoyed spending time with the children and being part of their learning and daily activities. Our child has been attending Buttercups for the past year. We have grown to absolutely love everyone. The carers/educators are very friendly, loving, attentive and supportive. The centre itself is always immaculate and pristine. The moment our child wakes up every morning, she calls out the names of her little friends and carers. During drop off, she goes into the centre and rarely even looks back to say goodbye to me, she gets so excited to be in Buttercups. I highly recommend them. As a parent, I feel reassured knowing that my child is safe, loved and cared for here. It’s the kind of comfort and joy that no price tag can justify

Our little one loves Buttercups and we’re so happy we brought her here! The first thing that attracted us was the beautiful, newly built centre and its facilities. Everything is so clean and neat. The centre has so much natural sunlight, rooms are so spacious and even the air smells fresh and great (unlike other centres where it smells so stuffy). It feels like a resort for littles! But what really sold us was the carers and the centre itself. They are absolutely incredible; so attentive, caring and supportive to accomodate us and our needs. I was very impressed with the little things they have picked up on regarding our child (sleep patterns, feeding, toileting etc) We transferred our daughter over from another daycare, which was not a small decision to make and we were very anxious about it - but she settled in great and she often refuses to leave. She’s so happy to be dropped off everyday. Knowing that she’s in good hands and having a wonderful time with amazing carers is really everything a parent could hope and wish for. As first time parents, we highly recommend Buttercups for a peace of mind if you’re looking for a great daycare. Thank you Buttercups

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at the centre. My kids have been attending for just over a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they’re receiving. As a first-time mum, the thought of leaving them with someone else was overwhelming, but the educators and the whole team have been so kind, welcoming, and reassuring from the very beginning. The environment is calm and relaxing, and most importantly, my kids really enjoy their time here. That gives me so much peace of mind. Very happy with the care they receive here.

Unfortunately, my experience with this childcare centre was very disappointing. I felt that my child’s emotional and developmental needs were not handled with enough care or understanding. My concerns as a parent were repeatedly raised, but I did not feel listened to or supported. Communication from management, particularly the area manager, was poor and often dismissive. Issues were escalated in a way that caused unnecessary stress instead of being managed professionally and with empathy. I expected a childcare environment that prioritises children’s wellbeing and works collaboratively with families. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage other parents to ask detailed questions and carefully consider their options before enrolling their child. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
