Would highly recommend citipointe cc to all parents and children -1. All the educators are very passionate and responsible. They are extremely caring, kind and patient. Most of all, they very professional, with good ethics and standards; - 2. The management team are always very supportive along the kids development journey. The director is very proactive and innovative, they always focus on children development centred care and education. They always attend the parents feedbacks effectively and positively - 3. One of their highlighted programs-Forrest school program has been a delight for all children. As a parent volunteer, I experienced and appreciated how they took the children to the forrest regularly. This not only helps kids to embrace the beauty of nature, but also learn about how to become a confident explorer at an early age. Thanks CCC for all you do for our child

We’ve had the privilege of spending the past 5 years at Citipointe Childcare, and I can honestly say it’s the best childcare centre we’ve ever experienced! Both of our kids have been through this amazing place, and every staff member we’ve encountered along the way has been fantastic. The team is so caring and loving, and they create such a warm, nurturing environment for the children. A special mention to the leadership and management team – they are truly incredible. Their dedication and attention to detail shine through in every aspect of the centre. Our kids have been so happy here, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Citipointe Childcare to any family looking for the best care for their little ones!

Our boy is in his second year there. We have found the educators to be compassionate and loving and very insightful and helpful. Very early on they secured inclusion support to help our boy assimilate and navigate transitions. It takes a village and this service has been the right fit for us to ensure our son is able to learn and thrive and become ready for the next big step. The Director, Naomi Ryan is collaborative and a good listener and very proactive. We are grateful we were able to send him there to Citipointe Daycare.

I sent both my daughter and son to this childcare a few years ago. They received great care from well-trained thoughtful teachers. Director is a very wise and faithful lady, who is very approachable and kind. Loving environment and well organized activities for children to enjoy life. Although waitlist is a bit long, definitely worthwhile waiting for a place:)

Great childcare and great staff. Pity about the horrendous 2-year wait to get in though (and the fact that you have to pay to be on the wait-list and pay extra to get access ID to the front door).

Ridiculously long wait list. We were not informed that after waiting 3 years and paying to be on the wait list there was still no chance of ever being accepted. Definitely suggest applying elsewhere if you rely on care to work.

This is an excellent centre and I say this having experienced three centres in my area. This centre is well-maintained and spacious, toys are rotated so it is not boring. The dining area is separate from the classrooms, so more hygienic. The carers are warm and friendly, they make effort to bond with your child, and are helpful when belongings go missing. The director takes feedback seriously and is responsive to suggestions. Right down to the admin staff being responsible and efficient and taking the waiting list seriously. You can rest assured if you send your kid here!
