High staff turnover, lack of care and communication. My child went from loving going to daycare to screaming fits when dropping him off. Still a few good eggs left but the ones that made good connections with my child have gone or moved to different rooms. Avoid until change of management switches hands, current person in charge not fit to lead. Completely disingenuous, shifts blame and has zero awareness of what's happening in own daycare.

My daughter attended this centre for eight months, and we have now moved her due to ongoing issues that were repeatedly raised but not properly addressed.<br>I also think it is important to note that many of the 5-star reviews appear to be from staff, and staff and parents have been encouraged to leave 5-star reviews in exchange for the chance to win prizes.<br>Many of the educators are kind, responsive, and genuinely caring toward the children. However, the centre itself has serious issues with staffing, communication, supervision, hygiene, and follow-through.<br>There has recently been a huge turnover in staff. On many days, I arrived and did not recognise anyone in my daughter’s room. One staff member who was changing nappies unaccompanied did not even know my daughter’s name at pick-up.<br>The toddler room often had 17 toddlers with only three staff, which is not enough in practice and raises serious concerns about adequate supervision and care.<br>Communication with parents has also been very poor. My daughter contracted RSV, and I immediately informed the centre. When she returned a week later, I discovered other parents had not been notified. There was then a significant outbreak that took weeks to resolve, and I do not believe any notification would have been sent if I had not pushed for it.<br>I repeatedly asked for my daughter’s daily diary to be updated so I could know what and how much she had eaten. This was rarely done, and after we gave our two weeks’ notice, it stopped entirely.<br>The food menu is also concerning. Several days a week, morning tea is cereal or toast, which many children have already had for breakfast. On some days, toast is followed by sandwiches for lunch. When I raised this, I was told it was due to a grocery delivery issue, but there seemed to be little effort to provide a suitable alternative.<br>I also have concerns about hygiene and cross-contamination. The chef is also a qualified educator and appears to move between the kitchen and classrooms, which means she may be exposed to germs across multiple rooms before returning to food preparation areas.<br>The outdoor toddler play area faces the road through a glass wall and includes a gate to the public car park. I have seen children there without visible staff supervision, talking to members of the public and arriving families.<br>Although staff often gave positive assurances when I raised concerns, I never saw meaningful change.<br>I would be very cautious about placing younger children in this centre. Many staff seem caring, but they do not appear to be supported well enough to provide the level of supervision, communication, and attention young children need.

My daughter has attended this centre ever since it opened. She started in the babies room and is now in toddlers.<br>We have had nothing but a great experience. Centre is always so clean, there's clear communication, and the educators always go above and beyond with constant photos and updates throughout the day.<br>My daughter is excited to go to "school' , even some days running up to the door.<br><br>I'm not fully aware of what has transpired with the recent staff transitions, but the current educators in toddlers remain positive and my daughter is still enjoying her time there.

I would not recommend this centre due to the ongoing issues. The management has consistently failed to retain the educators who are responsible for caring for our children, which is very concerning.<br><br>Children thrive in a stable environment where they can build trust and strong relationships with familiar educators. Constant staff changes not only affect the quality of care but also raise concerns about the management and overall operation of the centre.<br><br>If the management cannot retain its employees, it makes me seriously question how well the centre can provide consistent, quality care for the children. I hope they address these issues, as both the staff and the families deserve a better environment.

I would not recommend this childcare centre based on my experience. I am pulling my children out due to the poor management and clear behind the scenes tension of staff.<br><br>The biggest issue is the management. I found them to be unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking the leadership needed to run a childcare service effectively. Rather than supporting both families and educators, management often came across as rude and unapproachable.<br><br>There also appears to be significant staff turnover, with many educators leaving the centre. This has resulted in what seems to be ongoing staffing shortages, something that has become noticeable to parents. It's concerning when families are openly questioning why so many educators are leaving and whether the centre has enough consistent staff to provide the stability children need. Other parents like myself are also questioning if their children should remain in care due to the inconsistencies in care.

The centre design is gorgeous, the educators are amazing and know what they’re doing. Children will be well looked after here!

Wonderful centre, so clean and modern. The resources are so engaging, Children are always comforted and engaged in fun activities. My girl had never been in care before and she has thrived since day 1. They always go above and beyond to meet her needs and mine.
