I always give very honest reviews and I want to give Blossom buds a 5 star with the new management because I can tell there’s an effort to make h better change. With new care centres it can take time to get a groove going so Im understandable about that. It’s been pretty good since we have been attending and I don’t have any concerns, my child is never upset with drop off and pick up and is happy to see the educators, especially the ones they knows and loves for the last 3 months. Under the old management when the 3 staff left my daughter was abit unsettled as she loved those educators but luckily under the new management they have kept a few of my daughter’s favourite educators. The facility is very new, bright colours, lots of nice toys, and lots of activities and always nice and clean when I come into drop off and pick ups. Communication from centre manager is always consistent, I feel heard. There’s no CCS approval as of yet but we have only paid the GAP fee which has make blossom buds reliable in my opinion. For improvement areas i would like to just see from the educators more updates about my child’s day, either during pick up or via the app with photos and notes.

Do not recommend. Serious concerns about management, safety, and transparency. In the short 3 months I dealt with this centre, they went through three different centre managers. Within a week, every staff member had quit, and families were given no communication or explanation for this sudden and extreme turnover. The centre failed to gain CCS (Child Care Subsidy) approval during my entire time there. Despite me following up almost weekly, nothing was resolved, and no communication was sent to parents about the lack of CCS. Many families, including mine, were left out of pocket during balancing. After the staff turnover, the new team were disorganised, unprofessional, and clearly unprepared. I personally witnessed children being left unattended, rooms overcrowded with just one carer for up to ten toddlers (far exceeding the legal 1:5 ratio), rooms becoming unclean and smelly, staff being visibly rude to children, and staff who struggled to understand or respond to basic parent requests. There was also zero communication about serious matters, including a staff member reportedly being let go for safety concerns involving a child in my daughter’s room. On top of all this, the invoicing is completely mishandled. I received an invoice a full month after care had ended, despite requesting it in advance. I was then repeatedly contacted and harassed over it. This service may have changed names (Blossoms, Angels, whichever it is now), but it is clear the same owner and poor management remain. Renaming the centre doesn’t fix the core issues. I do not recommend sending your child here.

The staff are warm and patient, and they really take the time to know each child. I feel comfortable leaving my little one in their care.
