We have had such a wonderful experience with both MCH and MIH Auchenflower. Their playgroup has so much for littles to explore and my children have enjoyed singing, dancing and rhyming with Sharon and her guitar. It's a great way to meet other parents and form lasting relationships if you plan to transition to the children's house. The drop off kindy for 2.5+ year olds was the perfect way for my child to develop kindy readiness. I have valued the 2 day kindy week, with the option for 3 days as it has helped my child slowly grow in their confidence and comfortability. I also like the kindy terms, which follow school terms. All of the staff have been so warm and welcoming and their passion for child led, Montessori inspired early childhood education and care truly shows in their practice and in their space. Thank you for welcoming us into the community, we consider ourselves very fortunate to be part of something so great!

This is the most beautiful kindy I have ever experienced. The staff are all so calm and welcoming. Drop offs are a breeze. And they have so many resources available to get the children ready for school. I would highly recommend this kindy.

The Montessori Children’s House takes an authentic and deeply informed approach to Montessori education. The leadership is proactive, thoughtful, and highly engaged, creating a calm and well-run environment for both children and families. The teaching team works in a genuinely collaborative way, which is reflected in the consistency and warmth of the learning environment. We have been particularly impressed by the respect shown to each child’s independence and personal development. The aftercare program provides flexible support beyond standard care hours.

MCH has been the soothing environment our Kindy Kid needed. There is structure and predictability for him to feel at ease and know what is expected of him. I am a big fan of the life skills and degree of personal responsibility they are encouraged to take on. There is plenty of playful learning as kindy should be!! 15/10 for MCH teachers and staff!

MCH exceeds all expectations when it comes to caring for our children. The educators bring a sense of calmness and care that gives me full confidence that my child is safe and well taken care of. I also believe that the Montessori approach to learning has provided my daughter with some amazing life skills and set her up beautifully with skills of independence and an eagerness to learn more everyday.

We are incredibly grateful that our son gets to attend such a caring, creative, calm and supportive kindergarten. All teachers genuinely care about the children and their development and wellbeing. As relatively new arrivals to Australia, we feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful kindy for our child.

The whole team has been so kind and attentive, not just to the kids, but to us as parents too. We feel very lucky to be part of this community.
