Welcoming, kind and knowledgeable staffs. Children here are independent and well educated. The centre environment is cultural rich and collaborative.

I had a wonderful experience while doing my placement at Being Early Education – Hope Valley. The educators were welcoming, supportive, and always happy to share their knowledge. I would give this childcare zero stars if I could. I have seen so many concerning things about this centre, and I don’t know where to begin.<br>My grandson attended this childcare for four months, and his mother and I were not happy with how he was treated. He was in the process of toilet training, and on one occasion when I picked him up early, his nappy was full. When I got home, I called the centre to raise my concerns, but nothing was done about it.<br>I also feel that the children are not properly supervised. There were times when staff appeared to walk away from the baby room while children were sleeping. On two occasions when I arrived to pick him up, I saw staff in another room and was told they were “just getting something real quick.” However, I stayed in my car and observed, and it appeared that staff were spending time on their phones instead of supervising the children, despite signs stating that it is a no-phone childcare centre.<br>The only staff members I would like to acknowledge positively are Afiya and Agnes, who were kind and helpful to me and my daughter.
