My daughter has been going to Busybee for past 2 years and she is loving it. The educational curriculum is fantastic, with a great variety of learning materials, hands-on experiments, and engaging activities that keep the kids excited to learn every day. A standout feature for us is their focus on physical development—having Sports Heroes visit every week to run obstacle courses and introduce different sports is such a wonderful program. Above all, the teachers are incredibly caring, loving, and supportive. They provide regular feedback on our child’s progress, and safety is clearly a top priority. The entire environment is warm, welcoming, and comfortable from day one. We also love how they embrace diversity and celebrate all the different festivities throughout the year. It truly feels like a supportive community!

Our experience at Busy Bees Altona Meadows has been amazing! My son has settled really well in the toddler room. The educators are doing an exceptional work in taking care of children. The service is clean ,the environments are warm and welcoming.

My kids have been for years. Fantastic understanding staff.

TERRIBLE !!

I am really disappointed with my experience at Busy Bees Altona. The worst place to be!!
I noticed many times that there were not enough staff, children were crying, the educators looked very stressed, and I had concerns about children not being properly supervised l also did not feel the food provided was not good enough, an I felt children were not being offered enough water. I raised these concerns with the manager several times, but I did not feel that she took them seriously, which was very frustrating.
As a parent, I need to trust the management and the people looking after my child. Unfortunately, after my experience, I no longer felt comfortable or confident leaving my child in the centre.

A great childcare centre that prioritises children’s safety, wellbeing and development.
