NEW Director is SO Rude! Disgrace to the company. An embarrassment even.

The worst experience. Spent over $1000+ for not even 1 full day of care in 3 weeks. And yes that is with the “CCS” Yes, my child didn’t adapt well but I find it worrying that not one professional could console him and no one seems to think this is a lot of money for a single mum who can’t work due to 24/7 sole care of child.. hence the daycare attempt to try and work! But no, so down $1000 and 3 steps backwards in my child’s development. I feel like it is a secret society and you have no one to speak to about your concerns or feelings hence this review! $50 fee for a hat? Expensive hat? And I didn’t even get the bloody thing! 2 weeks notice to un enrol child - ok. Full fee for the next two weeks if your child doesn’t come one day.. ok.. so I have to choose my child’s welfare over money? Not understanding at all. No empathy at all. Apparently it is a centerlink ruling? Ok.. if that is the case the whole system Is not designed for STRUGGLING single Mums! Not only is my child traumatised but I am traumatised. Don’t be hypnotised by shiny objects because like most big companies it really is just about money isn’t it.. not the health, happiness & care of human beings ✌️

The team has been so supportive of our family over the last few years and we are constantly impressed by how much love/effort/care the team puts into crafting amazing experiences for the kids. We have, at some point, had a child in every room at the centre. Whether it is the hands on support they have needed in the earlier years or the school readiness program our daughter is currently undertaking in preschool, we have always felt out child's individual needs have been seen and catered for.

I couldn’t be happier with Kool Beanz Byron Bay. All the staff are beyond wonderful, so caring and supportive, and go beyond their roles as educators to make my two kids feel comfortable and happy, especially my little boy who has just started in the baby room. The communication between parents and the centre is amazing with the daily updates and photos, as it makes me feel like I am included in their days and it gives me insight into the fun and creative learning activities the kids do that day. I couldn’t recommend Sarah, Ash, Jamie, and the centre highly enough. Thank you for always taking such good care of my babies!

I am so greatful to all the educators working there to take care of my kid with so much love and making sure he is happy and feeling safe. I can’t believe they were able to put him down to have a nap without me around! They keep me informed about his journey everyday he goes. Everyday I pick him up he doesn’t want to leave, he definitely enjoy the space

Best daycare you will ever find for your Bean! It’s a 5 star service with an incredibly professional management, loving carers with super low turnover, packed with fun and varied activity to learn and use up tons of energy. Chef on site cooks amazing meals. Our daughter has been going there for almost 2 years, she loves every day spent there and this center is by far the best we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend !

Kool Beanz have been amazing for not only my children but my whole family. They are such a supportive team and always go above and beyond to make sure our children are happy and settled. I also love getting the daily photos and stories to let me know what my little dudes have been up to. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We have had a wonderful experience with Kool Beanz over the past two years. The educators are kind, caring and knowledgeable and my son has formed a strong and positive attachment with many of his teachers. I love receiving the daily photos/updates as it makes me feel like I am included in his day (even while I’m at work) and it gives me insight into the fun and creative learning activities he is engaged in. Kool Beanz is a fantastic community and we have made lots of friends during our time here.

We have had our son in Kool Beanz Byron Bay since they first opened and we couldn’t be happier. There is no other centre we would trust to care for our child. The staff are professional and friendly, always willing to help and support where they can.
