I am very grateful for the care and support provided by this centre. The educators have helped my son grow tremendously, particularly in his social skills, confidence, and learning areas. It has been wonderful to see how much he has developed, and we truly appreciate the positive, nurturing environment they provide.

Great centre for kids with fantastic staff.

I was really scared of sending my daughter there from the previous bad reviews of when it was genius daycare.<br>But after touring the center, and we toured about 10 other places, this was my favorite.<br>Large rooms, always clean, quiet, massive outdoor area full of activities and toys.<br>My little girl started in nursery with miss Catalina and we loved it, Catalina is such a carrying person, you can tell she truly love the babies. My daughter is now in toddler room and she lovveeees miss Sarah, she is the clinging child but will go running in miss Sarah arms.<br>One complaint I could have is the time she spent every afternoon saying bye bye to all the staff, she truly love it there.<br>I must say also it wasn't always easy as for the past year there was a huge transition of staff with the previous director leaving and the struggle to find a replacement but for the past 6 months everything went back to order, the management is very caring and appreciative of feedback and truly care. Can't fault anything.

Our kids absolutely love their teachers and we’ve had such a positive experience with the daycare.<br><br>We moved from overseas, and the beginning was a little challenging for our oldest. He received the best support from Mr John and Miss Kerry, who both went above and beyond to make his transition as smooth as possible — even learning and using some Italian words to help him feel more comfortable. It made such a difference, and he is now very happy to go to daycare every day!<br><br>Our youngest also had a wonderful experience with Miss Catalina in the nursery and is now very happy in the toddler room with Miss Sarah.<br><br>The whole team is genuinely caring and wonderful, and our kids have grown very attached to all of them. The outdoor space is incredible, and we also really appreciate the variety of activities and experiences offered to help the children learn, explore and thrive.<br><br>Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience our kids are having and with the care and support they receive every day. We feel very lucky to have found this daycare!

We honestly couldn’t be happier with the care our son has received since starting daycare at just 7 months old. The support, patience, kindness and genuine love the educators have shown him (and our family) from day one has been absolutely amazing.<br><br>When he first started, he was a very clingy little boy and would find saying goodbye to me really difficult. He has also never been a great sleeper, and we’ve been through plenty of challenging stages and sleep regressions along the way. The ladies have always been so understanding, reassuring and supportive, offering guidance and helping us navigate each stage. Knowing that he was surrounded by people who genuinely understood him and cared about his individual needs gave us so much peace of mind.<br><br>Fast forward to now and he is 2 years old, and the difference is incredible. He walks into daycare confidently, happily says goodbye to me without crying and is becoming such an independent little person. 🥹❤️<br><br>His confidence has absolutely blossomed. He is so social, chatty and curious, and his communication has come such a long way. He speaks so clearly and fluently for his age and has such a big personality. He loves having conversations, telling us about his day and expressing himself, and it’s honestly amazing to see the little person he is becoming.<br><br>We truly believe the environment he has been given at daycare has played such a huge part in this. He has been encouraged to explore, communicate, try new things, make friends and become more independent, all while feeling safe, loved and supported.<br><br>Watching him grow from that clingy little 7-month-old who struggled to say goodbye, into this confident, happy, independent and incredibly talkative 2-year-old has been so special.<br><br>We are so grateful to every single educator who has been part of his journey. Thank you for your patience on the hard days, your encouragement through every new stage, celebrating his little achievements and for caring for him with so much love.<br><br>It really does take a village to raise our little ones, and we feel incredibly lucky that we are such a big part of this village. We couldn’t recommend this daycare highly enough.

We love Mayfield Clifton Beach! Staff and management are all lovely and very caring! We have always felt welcome and our kids have always been well looked after and beenhappy there!

Would NOT recommend, I had the WORST experience ever with my son there. I sent him one day and in the first day he came home with blisters all over his foreskin and testicles. I specifically told the centre director multiple times he could only use a certain brand of nappies and it was ignored. I also told the centre director multiple times he was lactose intolerant, when I rung on his first day at about 11:30 she made me aware she didn’t know what sort of allergy it was until she had just read the paperwork, so he was at daycare for 4 hrs without the centre director knowing what type of allergy it was. She is very unprofessional. She admitted to multiple mistakes on the phone the first time I spoke to her and then I spoke to her a second time and she denied wrong doing to cover her own ass.<br>Multiple things were not correct on his FIRST day so I chose for my child’s safety to not send him back and they now want to charge me full fees for the 2 weeks as I refuse to send my son back to be neglected

Clifton beach Mayfield is a beautiful centre with amazing staff. Centre manager has changed but the staff have always ensured that the children are loved and looked after

Terrible experience. I would not recommend leaving your child here. Some of the educators clearly did not like me, which was evident from the way they would walk away when I arrived. It made me question whether this same attitude extended to my (then) 2-year-old child. On one occasion, my child was allowed to go without food for the entire day. At around 4pm they finally gave her a banana because she was “hungry,” which was extremely concerning. My child also developed a UTI while attending this centre. I had asked staff to ensure she received help with wiping, as her little arms could not quite reach properly yet. Despite this request, she frequently came home in soiled underwear. Since moving to Goodstart, the difference has been incredible. My child is now happy and healthy. There are no tears at drop-off or pick-up, no hygiene issues, and she genuinely enjoys going each day. The staff at Goodstart treat her with care and respect, and it has been a much more positive environment for her.
