My son has struggled with previous centres till we found Kool Kidz Cranbourne North. They have met all of my son’s needs and have put in such amazing effort, patience and care towards his learning needs. Seeing my son thrive in a place that works for him, works for us too.

I visited a few centers for orientation and was most impressed with this one. It was exceptionally clean and hygienic, and the teachers were very polite, experienced, and kind to the children. The directors, Mr. and Mrs. Yang, are highly professional and have over 10 years of experience, which reassured us about our children's safety and proper care.

I couldn’t be happier with Kool Kids in Cranbourne North! The centre is run by an experienced teacher, and you can really see that knowledge and care in everything they do. The owner, May, has been absolutely amazing to deal with—so approachable, helpful, and always happy to answer any questions. All the staff we’ve met are wonderful too; kind, attentive, and clearly great with children. After having a difficult experience at our daughter’s previous childcare centre, we were so nervous about finding the right fit for her. Since starting here, the change in her has been incredible. She is so happy, settled, and excited to go. When she comes home, all she talks about is how much fun she had with her friends and everything she did throughout the day.
