My 3.5yo had moved around a bit due to personal reasons and when we decided to settle I chose a centre that had been recommended but unfortunately my daughter who is very adaptable and happy just did not settle in and my gut instincts kicked in. I was very nervous to move her again worrying that the grass wouldn’t be greener but it absolutely is. Kool Kidz is amazing to say the least and my daughter settled in so quickly. Both the management team and her room educators have listened to my concerns and their communication is a solid 10/10.

Kool kidz is the most welcoming, friendly centre. The staff are always happy and greet you and your child when you arrive. Sam’s smile and engagement is second to none. Donna not only owns and operates the business but she’s very much hands on with the kids and my daughter loves her. There are plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained all day long. The communication around your child’s day is so informative and individual. I couldn’t be happier and neither could my daughter 10/10

I love this centre! Donna and Emily were very good at taking care of our concerns (if not all family’s concerns) to make sure our little one is well taken care of. All educators/teachers are amazing (most especially from Relle & Renè from Dragonflies). They always communicate and are transparent about how our child went following drop off and/or how their day has generally been. If I could’ve rate them for 6 ⭐️ I would have. My sincere thanks to all the staff at Koolkidz Charlemont.

Wonderful Childcare Experience I cannot express how impressed I am with the childcare services provided by Koolkidz early leaning centre. Moreover, communication from the staff is outstanding. I receive regular updates on my child's progress and well-being, which gives me peace of mind throughout the day. Our son has been attending Kool Kidz in Charlemont since it opened this year. He has settled in and is happy to go to daycare. The staff are lovely and it is really nice having a chat each day at drop off/pick up.

I recently enrolled my toddler in this daycare and I couldn't be happier with the level of care they provide. Donna, Emily and the entire staff go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of all the children. My son sid, gets long, comforting hugs from Donna to start his day at the daycare.It truly made a difference in my child's day.From engaging activities to nutritious meals, they create a nurturing environment . Donna and the staff's attentive approach and genuine love for the kids are evident in every interaction. Lovely to see sam with her bright smile everyday and little chats. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent seeking a safe and loving environment for their little ones.

Kool Kidz Charlemont is a family run business. Center Director Donna and her daughter Emily are present, hands on, invested in families, warm and engaging. Together with Sam and Meg 2ic and 3ic, all staff build connection with children and families, and are setting a very high standard for care and education in the local community. There is always a warm genuine person at reception. The menu and quality of food is outstanding! The resources at this centre, being a brand new build, are of the highest quality, age appropriate, diverse and in abundance. The standard and experience of educators working at Kool Kids is very high. Every educator we have met and those in our sons room, are delivering high quality education and care. Since starting at Kool Kidz when it opened, our son's drop offs are easy, he is coming home learning new things every day, and is so happy and bright at pick up! It has been the best decision we have ever made to send our son to Kool Kidz Charlemont, we are beyond happy and recommend the centre with the highest of regards.
