My kids go to this centre, and I can't praise it enough. Their Montessori program is outstanding, and I've seen a significant improvement in my children's learning, confidence, and independence since they started here.<br><br>All of the educators and staff are highly knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. They genuinely take the time to understand each child and create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Communication with families is excellent, and the team is always friendly, approachable, and cooperative.<br><br>I highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a high-quality early learning environment with a strong Montessori program.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Bilbies ELC & Kinder in Keysborough.<br><br>Our family has two children attending Bilbies – a 3.5-year-old and a 1-year-old toddler – and from day one, the care, professionalism and genuine warmth shown by the educators and staff have been exceptional.<br><br>As parents, leaving your children in someone else's care is never easy, especially when they're very young. However, the team at Bilbies has made that transition incredibly smooth and reassuring. Our toddler is always greeted with smiles, cuddles and genuine affection, and it gives us great comfort knowing they are cared for in such a nurturing and safe environment.<br><br>Our 3.5-year-old absolutely loves attending Kinder and has grown so much in confidence, social skills and independence since joining Bilbies. The educational programs are engaging, age-appropriate and thoughtfully designed to support each child's development while still making learning fun. We regularly see new skills, knowledge and creativity being brought home, which is a credit to the educators' dedication and passion.<br><br>What truly sets Bilbies apart is the caring culture they have created. The educators take the time to get to know each child individually and build strong relationships with both the children and their families. Communication is excellent, and we always feel informed, supported and welcomed.<br><br>The centre itself is clean, well-maintained and filled with stimulating activities that encourage learning, exploration and play. My daughters have been attending Bilbies since June 2024. My children adore the educators and feel very safe. The staff have been consistent and are very friendly. The whole centre from the nurseries to kinder rooms are fantastic. The play areas and indoor equipment is well kept and clean.

I’m so glad I chose the right place for both of my kids. From the Baby’s Room to the Montessori Room, all the educators have been doing an incredible job. My son began his journey in the Banksia Room, where the educators were absolutely amazing. Now, he is in the Montessori Room (Waratah), and the experience has gone beyond our expectations. The approach is creative and impactful, and I’ve seen significant development in my child now. The educators at this centre are not only well-experienced but also genuinely friendly and caring. The Centre Manager is incredibly supportive and always available when needed. I truly appreciate every one of the staff for the love and care they show to our kids. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been attending Bilbies since August 2024, and she is genuinely enjoying her time here. She is getting amazing supervision on her Montessori level learning and soft skills, as evident in her work. I want to appreciate wonderful educators and the whole team. The play areas are well maintained, and dietary needs are catered very carefully by their team. We opt for the Halal menu, and this is well served. Keep it up !

It’s only 3 months my daughter went here but she loves to go to this place, the educators are very caring and nurturing my little one like theirs. She had learned and grew up from the time she was here. We had to move suburbs which is why we had to leave this place otherwise I would have kept my daughter here for as long as possible. I sent my son here when he was 10 months, start with 3 days, of course kid cry when they start in new environment, i cry too 🤣. But his educators are super gentle even with us parents, they explain what can be better for soothing our kid, first thing i notice from my son is he plays more, easier to nap when he starts go to Bilblies. Then we sent him 4 days, even better, he start to dance, mumble singing, know to behave a bit more gentle. Now he 16 months old, we send him 5 days. He is not crying anymore, unless he tired or wants to be hold. But truly, me and my husband very relief when we tried out Bilbies, staffs are friendly, room is clean, so many activities i can see through app and photo. Overall we are very happy with Bilbies

Highly recommend! The staff have so much care for the children, and as a result my child has settled in so quickly. I have 100% trust in them to take good care of her. Education wise she has learnt an incredible amount since starting with the center. We are here to stay at Bilbies!

My child attended Bilbies for 3 months but struggled to settle, as he seemed fearful of the educator in his room. While some educators were kind and nurturing, the one in charge of my child’s group appeared inexperienced, frequently compared my child to others, and even raised her voice at him. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience and cannot recommend this center.
