Our family love knowing we send our son to a childcare that absolutely adores him and cares for him in the highest regard. Chapter one is like a family, every educator and staff greet my son by name when we walk into the centre, it makes us feel like we belong. The space is open, bright and clean! The outdoor play areas are wonderful and allow for nature based play. Chapter one are big on sustainability and provide mineral based sunscreen for the children which we absolutely love. We always recommend chapter one to family and friends. Thanks Sharon for helping to create a warm and friendly environment.

Our daughter has been at chapter one for nearly 2 years. From the start our experience has been overwhelming positive. The staff at chapter one are one of a kind - incredibly caring, warm, kind, enthusiastic, and amazing with the children. Staff are approachable, easy to talk to, warm, very child focused, attentive, calm, and they talk to the kids in a calm, safe, and respectful manner anytime we are coming or going from the center. Our daughter role plays a lot of her day at home and it’s another confidence builder in what she is experiencing during her days at chapter one, in a very positive way. We can truly say that daughter has been treated with love and genuine care. We are also continually amazed by the new ideas and incredible exposure our daughter has to new experiences and opportunities for self growth, learning, and development. Each day she is at daycare she comes home buzzing around the house, so full of joy and an eagerness to share her new experiences and stories from her day. She has developed so much confidence, so many social skills, and I genuinely feel she is very well prepared for entry into school, and her experience at chapter one has been hugely impactful in her preparation. We are incredibly grateful to everyone at chapter one who make it what it is, and for the positive experience our family has had through our time there.

We absolutely love Sharon and the team at Chapter One! The care they show our little one is incredible and we couldn’t speak higher of them if we tried. Our little had previously attended daycare somewhere else for 12 months and the difference in how happy and settled he is at Chapter One speaks volumes about the staff and how loving and nurturing the centre is! We toured a few other centres and they absolutely did not compare to the environment and facilities here.
