We had a wonderful experience at Shapes Early Learning. The educators were always warm, caring and supportive, and they made our family feel welcome from the very beginning.<br><br>Our son settled in so well, and we could see how genuinely cared for he was every day. We’ve decided to keep him at home for now due to family circumstances, but we wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future.<br><br>Thank you for all the love and care. Communication has been excellent, which has given us great confidence and peace of mind.<br><br>The educators are truly exceptional. They are patient, caring, and friendly, and it is clear that they genuinely care about the children. Every day, they prepare a variety of engaging and meaningful activities that support children’s learning, creativity, and development.<br><br>The centre itself is always clean, organised, and well managed. We especially appreciate the open kitchen design, which allows families to see the food preparation area and the high standards of cleanliness maintained throughout the centre.<br><br>Another practical advantage is the convenient parking, making drop-offs and pick-ups much easier for busy families.<br><br>Before enrolling, we visited and compared three other childcare centres in the area. While each had its strengths, this centre stood out immediately. The environment feels warm, welcoming, and comfortable, and the staff team is stable, professional, and supportive.<br><br>Most importantly, our daughter has been happy, safe, and well cared for here. We are truly thankful for all the love, patience, and dedication shown by the entire team. We highly recommend this centre to any family looking for high-quality childcare.

My daughter enjoys attending childcare at Shapes! Love the variety of activities given to kids and ensures reasonable ratio of educators to kids. There is open communication and prompt response to inquiries as well which has built our Trust with the center.

I had a traumatising and humiliating experience at this Centre. As a grandparent. My granddaughter is also constantly coming home with her eyes swollen shut because they failed to help the children apply their sunscreen she's 3 1/2..

From the very first adaptation day to graduation, this kindergarten became much more than just a place our child attended - it became a second home, and a place of complete trust for us as parents. We are deeply grateful to all the staff, with Kayla leading such an incredible team, and especially to the wonderful educators Grace and Jade, who truly made a lasting difference. Their calm presence, patience, and genuine care removed every worry and stress we had as parents. Knowing our child was loved, supported, and understood every single day gave us an indescribable sense of peace. What makes this place truly special is the heart behind everything they do - the daily creativity, meaningful activities, constant innovation, and the way educators are always there to guide and support not only the children, but the parents as well. The love and dedication shown here is consistent, sincere, and deeply felt. We will always be thankful for the confidence, growth, and beautiful memories our child takes from this experience. We started our little one here at Shapes Mount Gravatt this year and we have nothing but positive things to share! All the staff have been so welcoming and supportive from our transition to starting daycare as parents and for our little guys first experience. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with an array of wonderful toys and activities. We have no doubt our boy is in safe hands here. Special mention to Miss Kayla and Miss Meredith who have been so lovely to communicate with. We look forward to creating more memories with this centre.

The environment is clean and tidy, and the food is rich in variety and delicious. My child is in kindy. The teacher, Grace, is very responsible and arranges very rich and interesting activities and learning contents for the children every day. She also pays much attention to the children and is very patient.

This childcare centre is by far the best one my children have ever attended. My second child is currently in the Kindy room, and the educators always go above and beyond to provide engaging activities and fresh content for the children. You can genuinely feel the love and care they put into teaching each child. The attention to detail and the way they nurture each little one is truly heartwarming. The educators know every child so well and show genuine interest in their growth and wellbeing. Not only the Kindy educators, but also the management team, the director, the kitchen staff, and everyone involved in running the centre are always kind, approachable, and full of positive energy. I honestly believe this is the best centre out there.
