My 2 year old attended Hugs ‘n’ Cuddles and he was absolutely thriving. Pratima encouraged him to become a lot more confident and focused on his strengths so that he could excel in areas where she saw an interest. I noted huge changes once my son started to attend Hugs ‘n’ Cuddles, he would come back home addressing the alphabet, counting numbers in general showing me all the learnings that his been grasping with Pratima. Apart from the educational side, Pratima took great care in understanding my son so that she knew his likes and dislikes, what worked for him and how to communicate with him effectively. Her communication skills were excellent, I was always updated thoroughly. It was always bought to my attention if there was a worry or concern. He was always treated with love, care, and compassion. Along with this my son absolutely LOVED going to Hugs ‘n’ Cuddles every day he would wake up asking if it was a school day and always said ‘I’m so excited’. I could leave my son there with zero worries as I knew he was receiving the highest quality of care. From my son attending a long daycare to Pratima’s I found a huge sense of relief. I Cannot recommend Hugs ‘n’ Cuddles enough 😊

Tima is an amazing educator. She is gentle and very caring. I'm very happy to send my daughter here. My daughter love her. I would recommend this centre to anyone looking for child care in the local area.
