We feel incredibly grateful to have found this childcare centre. Our daughter has been attending since she was just 7 months old and is now 2 years old, and it's been so special to watch her grow and thrive with the support of such a wonderful team.<br><br>From day one, the educators made her feel loved, safe, and welcomed, which made the transition so much easier for our family. Seeing her come home happy, excited to share what she's learned, and eager to go back each day gives us complete confidence that she's in the very best hands.<br><br>The care, patience, and genuine dedication the team shows every child is truly exceptional. It's clear they build meaningful relationships with the children and create an environment where they feel supported, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow. I attended a tour at Giggle and Learn for my child with genuine interest in enrolment. After waiting over two weeks and making multiple follow-up phone calls, I still did not receive a clear response or update. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-up reflected poor management and left me feeling disappointed with the overall experience. Families deserve timely and professional communication when making important decisions about their child’s care.
