From day one, we felt confident that our child was in a safe and nurturing environment. The facility is well-organized, and thoughtfully designed for early childhood development. Communication has been excellent — we receive regular updates, photos, and progress reports, which helps us stay involved in our child’s day-to-day experiences. Meals and snacks are nutritious, and they’re mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate individual needs. Overall, we highly recommend this daycare to other families.

Recently, I visited a newly opened centre from a well-known brand close to home. While it looked impressive from the outside, I was surprised by how rigid and intense the approach was—even for toddlers. As a parent, especially one whose child has been through medical challenges, I believe early childhood should be gentle, joyful, and nurturing—not driven by pressure or unrealistic expectations. I want my son to grow into someone who makes kind, confident choices based on what feels right for him, not because of peer pressure or external judgment. That visit made me appreciate Well Balanced even more. John, Ms. Parbati, Ms. Jess, Ms. Younis, and the entire team are incredibly professional and welcoming. They’re always open to suggestions and feedback, which really reassures us as parents. Knowing my child is safe, happy, and thriving gives me immense peace of mind every single day. Well Balanced may not be flashy or pompous in style—but it delivers where it truly matters: with heart, care, and genuine results. Highly recommend!

This daycare was an absolute help to our family once we moved to Australia in 2018 ,The staff is always caring and show extended help to support to look after our kids while we are at work .we more than happy to recommend this day care to any parent looking forward to give an second home while You are at work 👍😆

Amazing daycare! Friendly and professional staff who truly care about the kids. It's close to the station, which makes life easier, and they keep the children engaged with fun, educational activities. My child needed to use Ventolin, and the carers were trained and confident in handling it. Clean, safe, and great communication —highly recommend!
