The staff in my son's room are absolutely wonderful, caring and do a great job with the children. Love having my son go here, the place is always clean . Great communication from the staff who have been there with my son for the day. Also having the story time app on live updates on what he has done for the day, ie when he slept and woken up , what he ate and if he had a wet nappy or soiled nappy. It helps me see what kind of day his had . Sometimes when dropping him off he can be crying and it makes me feel sad, but the staff send a msg through story time telling me he has stopped crying and that he is now playing. I feel very comfortable having my son here. Especially as a first time parent. Also love that my son has learnt so much and kicking all goals we have for him .Well done Journey 🫶🙌👏

My boy has been going to Delacombe Journey since the start of the year, and he absolutely loves it, so much that sometimes he doesn't want to come home haha. The staff are amazing and always keep me up to date with everything going on. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with our choice to join Journey Delacombe. We have been with them since they opened and we are so grateful for the incredible educators and staff there who are always a joy to see. Through all stages of my child's development so far, Journey have been there to nurture and guide, they have been super proactive to suggest strategies when my child has been going through different stages, the tough times and the good times. Also, they have supported my husband and I with our parenting experiences too, when we have no clue what to do, we can always count on great advice and support from the crew at Journey. Thank you!

My little one loves journey & all the staff so much! The staff are so lovely & welcoming they make you feel your child is safe & well looked after They have good nutritional foods for the kiddies My little girl has been there since 5 months old & has never had a bad experience 😍

Amazing centre & would highly recommend. No question or concern is ever too big or small. All the educators take the time to listen. My LO (2.5yrs & attending journey for 12mths) was going through a period of difficult drop off's all of a sudden & all the staff were approachable and went to extra lengths to come up with solutions as to why & to make start of the day fun and exciting for everyone! Telling me all about the day's adventure at the end of the day is always met with huge excitement & big smiles. Friendships made not only between the kids, but parents and educators as well!

Would have been one star if it wasn't for SOME of the amazing educators but unfortunately this year the quality and organisation of the centre has dropped dramatically!! Storypark updates are inconsistent (if they even post any at all) especially routine updates which are non existent these days, on multiple times I have picked my kids up their drink bottles are completely empty! complaints we have made are swept under the rug and ignored completely we will be pulling our kids from this centre as we don't feel it's up to scratch for our kids!

My little girl (4.5months), my partner and I love Journey Delacombe! All the Educators in nursery 1 are amazing with our baby girl and they have really helped ease my mind with returning to work. I don’t for one second stress about her care while she is there and neither does my partner. Thank you Journey Delacombe for taking such great care of our bub and helping to raise our baby!!
