We started in March of 2026 and could not be happier with our choice. The team has made the transition from home to daycare so smooth and comfortable. Our little one has thrived and grown in just a few short months and we could not thank this team more for that.

Our family has been part of the EPCC community for a few years now, and we have had nothing short of a positive experience. Sending your child to daycare can be daunting, but the educators here are truly incredible they deeply care for the kids and treat them like family. Communication is excellent, and any feedback we've ever raised has always been addressed quickly and constructively. We are also really excited about the direction the centre is heading under the new manager, Mel. She is incredibly focused on continuing to build and nurture a tight-knit community for the children. We couldn't ask for a better environment for our son and highly recommend EPCC to any parent!

Really sad to see the bad reviews about this center. Yes there has been big changes to staff over the past few months but from my experience that is an industry wide issue. Management is very transparent and keeps you updated. The core staff there are fantastic! This is the third daycare I have sent my children too and is by far the best. My kids are absolutely thriving!

What was once a fantastic facility with great staff is now a complete shambles. The centre is run almost exclusively by casual agency staff with minimal interest in education or supervising the kids. All permanent and long term staff have left, new staff last only a few months before leaving because of the horrendous management and lack of support. We left the centre mid 2025. It has only gotten worse since. Avoid.

I would never recommend this centre to anyone. We were only there for 10 months and almost 30 staff resigned due to issues with the owner and management. At the beginning they had some of the best educators in the industry but now there seems to be more inexperienced agency staff than actual centre staff. Never any consistency which children need. Massive safety and supervision issues which are normally the bare basics but the service can’t even manage this! During our time, we notified the Department at least 3 times due to this and still have seen no improvement. Issues are constantly swept under the rug and management takes no responsibility for how poorly the service operates. We are so thankful to no longer be attending the centre because in my opinion the centre needs to be shut down. This centre is now one of the worst centres I have ever been in and what they say they promote is far from what actually goes on there so I’m guessing that’s why they no longer have an exceeding rating too. Read the below low reviews because they are all true! Just read the reply from the owner and he is not one bit sorry for anything that has happened there. There was no sympathy or care for any of the incidents that happened to our son. We didn’t even get a reply when we gave our notice about ending our enrolment. Issues are always ignored or swept under the rug. There was never any improvement even after the centre was under investigation from our complaints to the Department. Since leaving the centre, yet another management company has taken over and even more families have left. Clearly there has been no change or improvement. Parents talk and the horror stories of what’s happening there still continues!

Our son has been attending Everton Park Early Learning and Development Centre for over 18 months, and while there have been a few ups and downs, we remain confident in the team and the direction they are heading. He’s a high-energy, outdoorsy kid, and the centre has been a great fit for him, especially when it comes to encouraging outdoor, risky play in a safe and supportive way. He’s formed strong bonds with his teachers, and it’s clear they understand and care about him as an individual. Each educator brings something different, and he’s responded well to their warmth and consistency. There’s no denying the centre has gone through a period of change. Staff turnover has been noticeable, but in our experience, that is not unusual for early learning. What matters more is how the leadership responds, and here, they have made a real effort to stay transparent, open to feedback, and focused on doing right by the children and families. One thing that stands out is how actively they invite parent input. There is a genuine willingness to listen, talk things through, and adjust when needed. That openness, especially during challenging times, has helped maintain a sense of trust. It shows us the team genuinely wants to rebuild and return to the strong, community-focused centre that first drew us in. No place is perfect, but Everton Park ELD Centre is trying, and we’ve seen firsthand the care and intention behind their work. We are hopeful for what is ahead and grateful for the relationships our son has built there.

This centre used to be excellent – not anymore We’ve been with this centre for quite some time, and I used to be really happy with the service. The staff were friendly, the communication was great, and I trusted that my child was in good hands. Sadly, since the new management team took over, things have changed a lot – and not for the better. The enrolment and admin process is now really slow and confusing. It feels like no one knows what’s happening, and communication is poor. One of the biggest worries is how often the educators are changing. My child is always saying goodbye to someone he just started trusting. There are too many new and agency staff, and they don’t always know the routines or the children well. This lack of consistency is really upsetting for my son and affecting how comfortable he feels at the centre. Another issue is hygiene and toileting. My child is toilet training, but he’s come home in wet pants multiple times, and sometimes with rashes from what looks like sitting in urine too long. That really worries me. One time, I had to ask four different staff members just to find a spare pair of pants — no one knew where anything was, which shows how disorganised things have become. The incident reporting is also not reliable. I’ve found bruises or injuries on my son that weren’t mentioned when I picked him up. Only when I chased them up did someone explain or give me a report. It makes me wonder how many other times things have happened that I wasn’t told about. This used to be an excellent, well-run centre that I trusted completely. Now, I feel let down and worried. I really hope they take this feedback seriously and make some big changes — our children deserve better care and better communication.

My child was seriously injured and they failed to follow procedures and did not ring my husband or ring my emergency contacts when they could not reach me as my phone was switched off as I was in a meeting, and they didn’t leave a phone message. My child was in so much pain and very upset for almost 4 hours until they reached me. When I arrived my child was sitting by alone without any staff looking after my child or comforting my child. This is not acceptable and the centre should be reviewed and investigated. They should not be operating. They failed their duty of care. They told me that they didn’t ring my husband because they never met him.!! There is no excuse to ring my husband or my emergency contacts. This was very traumatic for my child and for myself. I am still scared and traumatised. I’ve had restless sleep over it. I took my child out of there and don’t trust or have faith in them to look after my child or other children there. There was a high turnover of staff when I was there. I witness one staff crying after coming out of the office, whom left and never returned. I also saw another staff quite upset on afternoon and left the centre also. One senior staff was also very rude and not accommodating for my child’s needs when I provided a medical letter. The centre security is quite poor where anyone can just come through the gate and front door. There’s no security at all. There are also risk and safety hazards throughout the centre especially with their sliding doors and steps. The centre makes children sit on the dirty door mats rather than providing a clean mat to sit and eat on. It’s disgusting. Especially when it’s been raining and the children have been playing in the mud. Be wary. They failed their duty of care. Can you trust them with your beloved child?
