I am very disappointed with the way this centre handled our enrolment process.
From the beginning, we clearly explained that we do not receive any childcare subsidy, and on 3rd October the centre confirmed the fees in writing. Based on that information, we visited the service twice and confirmed the enrolment for our twins. We were also told that the agreement would be sent to us two weeks ago — but we received nothing.
There was no communication, no follow-up, and every update only came after we repeatedly emailed and called. After two weeks of silence, they suddenly asked us to call again to “discuss the fees,” which should have been clarified at the start. If there were changes or uncertainty about pricing, it should have been shared honestly and transparently.
Because of this poor communication and lack of professionalism, we wasted valuable time when we could have secured a place elsewhere. This is not about the money — it is about trust, respect, and good organisation, all of which were missing in our experience.
I hope the centre improves its communication so other families do not face the same disappointment.
