We absolutely love Bayview Daycare on Mary Street. Our daughter has come so far since starting here, and we could not be happier with the care and support she receives every day. The educators are kind, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children and their education and development, which gives us peace of mind. What really stands out is how well the staff know the children, even educators from other rooms know our daughter by name and take the time to connect with her. It creates such a strong sense of community and belonging. Highly recommend!

We joined this centre with our toddler about 18 months ago and we could not be more happy with our choice. We toured 10+ in the area and did stay and plays at 5, and this centre was by far the best for our family. Our son is always dropped off with a big smile on his face. We have been made to feel very comfortable there, constantly updated on our child’s progress and kept in the loop with any relevant information. Most importantly, the carers are absolutely incredible and my son (and I) see them very much as part of our community. We will be sending our second son there without hesitation when he is ready :)

We've had our little girl here since she was 9 months old in 2022. We're moving away so she will be attending a new daycare and I'm very sad about this! Bayview has been an excellent centre and have helped her become the beautiful 3 year old she is now. Sarah has been especially helpful from day one, going above and beyond to help us with enrolment in the beginning and then remaining a constant presence throughout the years, always willing to lend a helpful hand if we needed it. I even tried to figure out ways to seriously detour on my way to work so my daughter could remain here, but unfortunately it just wouldn't work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

Love the educators and Centre. Everyone is super friendly and kids love going. Great management too!

My son has been attending bay view for 2 years now since we moved out to Birkdale. Prior to attending Bay View he had been to 3 other daycares and did not like any of them! He loves going to daycare now and he loves all of the educators and the kids! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an amazing service with staff who genuinely love their job and it shows in the way they are with all of the children!!

Avoid this daycare!!! Surprised the Lispy manger can manage a centre let alone put her socks on in the morning.... She is on a power trip finds any excuse to send your child home "just doesn't seem himself today can you come get him", even when you get doctors clearance she thinks she can override the diagnosis. My son wasn't coping with his new teacher she suggested to bring in a spoon to scare him with it. Tried to organise meetings with owner she just says no need to. Their go to excuse is there is foot and mouth going around if thats the case this centre should be closed down the amount of times I've heard that or it's chicken pox... son is in new centre and thriving!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! My son transitioned to Kintergarden at this daycare and he was not coping well. I tried to organise meetings several times with the manager and was told "there's no need" Good luck trying to speak with her, she accompanies everyone on their smoke break and doesn't smoke herself, or she's hiding in the staff room. It took 3 days of me asking for incident reports and the information was incorrect. I was told I could not have the owners information when I wanted to go further as my child's behaviour was getting worse and I was told no. Then I received a letter of termination for his enrollment. With no meeting, no written warnings, no behaviour plans. DISGUSTING. You know it's a red flag when the staff roll their eyes at the manager's behaviour and tell you she's on a power trip and that they all just ignore her. SHOCKING. The owner called me 2 days after I received this letter and after calling everyday with no one getting back to me. When I gave her my side of the situation she apologised for her lack of communication and awareness to what is going on in her own daycare. They are under investigation with the department for not following correct protocal and procedures and this disgraceful display of unprofessionalism. Look else where for your child!

We love this centre and all the carers! Both my kids have attended Bay View long term and we have found the staff so supportive. The kids are stimulated and programs well structured. They are always coming away from day care with new skills.

Lovely modern clean centre with excellent staff and location. Good technology too with wifi and tablet support etc, good to see. Warm and friendly and my son loves his carer and going there. Highly recommended.
