We have been part of the Stepping Stones Angle Vale family since 2023, transferring from their Tea Tree Gully centre when we moved to Angle Vale. Initially, both of my children attended. Even though my daughter has now started school, she still shares a beautiful bond with the staff during drop-offs/pick ups for her brother, who still attends. This centre and its incredible team have been through the unimaginable. Following a heartbreaking tragedy last year, which deeply impacted the whole centre, my son and the community, drop-offs became incredibly difficult for him. Even while the whole centre was navigating their own profound grief, the team—especially management and admin—went completely above and beyond to support the children and families. Their resilience, empathy, and compassion are nothing short of phenomenal. As a parent of a child with ASD, finding the right care is crucial. The staff are amazing with his needs. He has developed beautifully unique bonds with a select handful of educators who make him feel incredibly safe and secure every single day. Another absolute standout is Miss Lea, the chef. She is one of the most beautiful humans you will ever meet. Even though it isn't her job to settle children, she takes the time to chat with them and make them feel truly seen and heard. Her passion shines through her highly nutritious meals, and she effortlessly caters to dietary restrictions like my son’s. Both of my kids literally run to the kitchen door every morning just to say hello to her. Childcare is a tough industry, and educators do not get the praise they deserve. They teach, feed, protect, and help shape our children. Whenever minor mishaps or miscommunications have happened—as we are all human—the management team has addressed them promptly and professionally. I hold this team in the highest regard. They are caring, kind, and truly embody the "village" it takes to raise children. I wouldn’t send my son anywhere else. Thank you, Stepping Stones Angle Vale, for everything you do. My daughter has been going to SSAV from October 22 - Jan 26. She started as a 2yr old who didn’t talk and was quite delayed and is finishing as a 5.5yr old chatterbox, who is thriving. For us a centre is a sense of family and community and that is exactly what we have experienced here. Thank you to every single educator, my daughter has been so loved and supported and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I’ve been taking my 2.5year old son to stepping stones Angle Vale for the past 8 weeks and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention he’s received. From day one, the staff have been incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The environment is safe, clean, and nurturing, which gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in safe hands. They offer a variety of stimulating activities tailored to their age group, which my son really enjoys. Lots of outdoor play too. I’ve noticed he’s becoming more social with children his own age which was my main goal as all his siblings are much older. My older children went to this centre too. I noticed some of the staff were still working there which speaks volumes regarding the culture amongst the team.

This centre has gone above and beyond for my family. They welcomed my wife in with opening arms when she first started as a staff member, and now with my son attending. They have been nothing but supportive for our family and will always help wherever they can. Will recommend this centre 1000x times over

Stepping stones angle vale has welcomed my little man with open arms. The staff in all rooms are so dedicated to their jobs and you can see this through the love they have for the children. This centre has truely become our second family and I am so fortunate to have found myself a centre that I can trust 110% to look after my little man when I’m not able to. I could not recommend Angle Vale Stepping Stones more if I tried. 🙌🏼

I have had both my boys here. They have supported my oldest with his needs being that he is ASD and ADHD. They helped with the process of him being diagnosed. The little things like taking him out for 1 on 1 when he needs a break from the other kids. Being able to calm him when he was having huge meltdowns. Constantly learning and taking advise from his therapists and being able to not only apply the skills to my children but to others there in the center. The kitchen staff always being so accommodating making special birthday cakes for the kids. Giving me recipes to use at home. The staff are always there for a chat when you need. They are super friendly and understanding. Communication is great either by phone call or using the app. I can't fault them at all.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the quality of care this service has provided for my children over the last two-three years. Such a kind & friendly place, & my boys love the environment they play in and seek out the friendly staff throughout their day to day!

Best centre I have come across! Always going above and beyond for my little one! The educators are absolutely lovely and always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. So glad we made the move

Highly recommend Stepping stones Angle vale. Everyone at the centre has been amazing. Very accommodating and understanding to my son’s needs, He has been attending AV for over 2 years and has had a significant improvement with his social and verbal skills.
