Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the educators (special shoutout to Ms. Kat of rainbow gums) and staff ❤️ This centre is amazing, and the care the educators give to the kids is wonderful and thoughtful. The activities are age appropriate, interesting, and engaging (have known because they provide frequent updates via the xplor app). The centre is also managed really well. My child started in this centre from 2 yrs old until the present (4 yrs old), and she developed a close relationship with the educators and her classmates. Thank you for everything that you do. Our family appreciates you all. 😊

We had our child in the baby room and toddler room briefly in 2021/22. Some staff were good and others were so so. Very few updates throughout the day and lots of tears at drop off. I ended up changing daycares.

Just want to say thank you to Christine and the carers at Mercy Day care. Mercy is one of the few day cares that offer alternative weeks, so I haven’t had to pay for care days my boys were with their Dad. They supply the food for long day care AND vacation care when my eldest attended on holidays. I’ve sadly had to move my youngest to a centre closer to his older brothers school / OSCH which is further from our home, but means I’m collecting my youngest earlier. All the best and thanks again. 🙏

I cannot recommend this centre enough. We had our first daughter in there in 2015, moved to QLD for 2.5 years, then upon knowing we were coming back in 2018 immediately booked in early. The centre is run professionally, we are informed if any subsidy issues, they are flexible and have helped us out a number of times when our work schedules have changed at the last minute (teacher and engineer). It also has beautiful grounds. A big thank you to the kind staff at the centre.

I would like to thanks all the staff of Mercy Care for making my daughter more comfortable within a short period. They are very friendly and supportive. My daughter loved this center very much and she is enjoying it a lot.

We have been highly impressed with every aspect of the care our children have received at MercyCare Bedford since 2015. Each and every one of the carers has been deeply involved, knowledgeable and caring about the development of our children, with many of them having been there for 5 years +. They communicate proactively about key topics everyday - behaviour, eating, naps, social interaction and toileting. Best of all, you are always welcomed with a warm smile and greeting, and lots of help if kids get a bit clingy. In the Kindy program, the carers focus on early years learning, which has helped lay the foundations of phonics, vocabulary and numeracy learning - the kids have even come home singing in French and Portuguese! The administrative and managerial aspects of the Centre are also spot on. They have supported us to navigate the somewhat complex world of Centrelink, and contacted us almost immediately when our CCS dropped out (we've had other centres where NO contact was made in this regard). Every aspect of our girls well-being has been superbly supported at this beautiful, warm and well-run centre. Everyday, I can see different ways that the staff enjoy what they do, collaborate with each other and love the children in their charge.
