We absolutely loved our experience with Kind-Mindi Alexandria. My daughter attended from just 6 months old until we sadly had to move out of the area when she was 12 months. From the very beginning, she built the most beautiful relationships with the educators — especially Ms Martina — and we felt so supported by the amazing director, Anastasia. As a first-time mum, I was incredibly nervous about handing my daughter over to someone else’s care, but the warmth, kindness and professionalism of the entire team put me completely at ease. The educators treated my daughter like one of their own, and it truly felt like a second home. She settled in so quickly and genuinely loved attending every day. We are heartbroken to be leaving such a nurturing and loving environment, but will always be grateful for the care and attention our daughter received during her time there. If we ever return to Sydney, there’s no doubt we would enrol her back at Kind-Mindi in a heartbeat. We cannot recommend Kind-Mindi Alexandria highly enough!

Our son has attended Kinda-Mindi since he was 9 months old and now over 2 years old. He absolutely loves it! All the educators are so friendly, warm and welcoming :) Such a beautiful space, indoor and outdoors. Lots of fun activities planned like yoga and reptile shows! We love Kinda-Mindi!!!

My granddaughter is at Kinda Mindi Alexandria. They have an Open Door policy which means that I can turn up at any time unannounced and spend some time with her (though I try to keep it to a regular time each week). The staff are wonderful, very welcoming to me, and very attentive to the children at all times. They sing, read, play with the children and include me in the activities. It's a fabulous supplement to regular family time. I can't rate them highly enough.

We've had such a wonderful experience with Kinda Mindi Alexandria – it truly feels like a second home for our child. From the moment we walked in, Centre Manager Anastasia made us feel so welcome. She's not only professional and organised but also incredibly caring and genuinely invested in the happiness and development of every child. One of the highlights has to be Chef Chris – the meals are absolutely amazing! It’s such a relief knowing our child is enjoying healthy, delicious food every day, and even trying new things we could never get them to eat at home! The teachers are fantastic – so patient, nurturing, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our child has grown so much socially and developmentally since starting here. The facilities are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to support learning through play. What we also really appreciate is how the centre values family input. They regularly ask for feedback and really listen, making us feel like partners in our child’s care and early learning journey. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a loving, enriching environment for their child!

Our little bean has been with Kinda Mindi since he was 6 months old starting from 1 day a week and ramping up to 4 days a week. The team at Kinda Mindi have been nothing but amazing from caring for him as a wee baby who was mostly on his back or tummy, to now caring and nurturing him as a fast little curious toddler. Things that have stood out: 1) Anastasia - the Centre Director, she creates such a happy, nurturing and engaging environment that allows the children to thrive, be their own unique selves and grow. 2) The Educators - big shout out to the Bilby teachers - Gislaine, Martina, Karina, Acacia, Sirjana, Crimsha, Victoria, Dee, Maria, Erica, Alicia, Sara who have been instrumental to our little boys development. He has had a burst of verbal language, a burst of mobility, a burst of skills like being able to eat with a spoon or tell us when he has done potty. They allow him to thrive, be curious and nurture. 3) Chef Chris - amazing meals getting pumped out of the kitchen on the daily. Helps our little beans grow. Staying creative to ensure that the kids get their daily nutrition from fruit and veg. 4) Not charging for public holidays - not a lot of centres do this so it’s definitely a welcome surprise. 5) Transition plans - supporting the babies as they grow and move between classes. They have a structure handover process with a gradual move to familiarise the kids. That’s always helpful to ensure their big feelings and attachments are taken into consideration. Overall a stellar centre. So happy with chose this for our child’s growth, development and social awareness.

We have been hosting Feature Creatures Wildlife shows at this childcare centre for a few years now and I have to say, the kids have ALWAYS been amazing. So gentle with all the creatures, so polite and respectful, so engaging, great listeners (and trust me when I say we don't always have that experience) It's a testament to the quality of the teachers they employ there.
