There is a great amount of pride that I have in sending our daughter here. From the well structured curriculum to the genuine care the educators have for all the kids, their values truly align with how we hoped our (very independent) daughter would be influenced, nurtured and taught in these early years. There are many educators here that I could name that have touched our hearts and shown so much love for our daughter, although its easy to say that we love them all back! We love the relationship we can have with them, the interative nature of the classrooms and feeling like we can be part of every experience throughout her journey here. I'd recommend Montessori Earlwood for every family that want to be heard in their values, feel part of an inclusive community and be deeply involved in their childs life.

My daughter started in the infant room and now in the toddler room. I found the staff professional and I appreciate how caring they are towards the children and how consistently I receive feedback on my daughters progress. The only problem is that my daughter doesn’t want to leave at pick up now.

I have three young children and one is neurodivergent. I have had nothing but care, support and warmth from all the educators towards my children at Earlwood Montessori over the last number of years. My children have not only learnt but thrived in this environment. I would highly recommend Earlwood Montessori to any parent if you are after a nurturing, inclusive, safe and uplifting place for daycare / preschool. My children have had a great educational start to their lives following in Montessori ways of working, which build independence and focus on practical tasks with children working at their own pace within a structured, safe environment. I’m very grateful for the successful leadership by Miss Marie and the wonderful leading educators Miss Natalie, Miss Jevane and Miss Sarita that have taken such great care of my children over the years and all educators Miss Anjuman, Miss Hachina, Miss Manuka, Miss Christina, Miss Kanta, Mr Suman etc to name a few that have really had a huge impact in my children’s little lives. It really says something when your children leave and go onto big school and years later are still enjoying seeing and speaking with their previous educators that have made a lasting impact. My children have been attending Montessori Academy Earlwood for 4 years now and my youngest had just begun his journey there. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this centre. Specifically the people. I trust the management and the educators like family. My kids come home happy everyday. Earlwood Montessori has such an inclusive and supportive community. The parents build relationships through centre incentives. My kids have gained so much confidence since attending here. They feel safe and heard and have no issues speaking to their educators for guidance. I’ve heard horror stories and can’t imagine sending my babies somewhere I didn’t feel 100% sure they were safe and happy. Picking them up with a smile everyday assures mr that I’ve made the right decision choosing Montessori Earlwood. I’ve had my kids in every room over the years and consistently they provide kindness, care and genuine love towards our family. Thankyou Marie and team for being my babies second family. My daughter has commenced in the infants room and I couldn’t be happier with her transition into care. The team are so warm and friendly, she settled in relatively quickly and I know it’s because of their attentiveness and love. The educators update me about her day without me asking for information, her belongings are always packed in her bag ready for pick up time. The documentation we receive is incredibly detailed, giving us a beautiful snapshot of her time and the learning that took place that day. I would also like to praise the Nominated Supervisor, Marie, for her professionalism and care. It’s a wonderful service and community ti be a part of.
