The location is super convenient for our daily routine, which makes drop-offs and pick-ups easy. We also love the variety of themes and sensory programmes that keep the kids engaged and learning. The feedback on our daughter’s development is clear and thoughtful, with great goals set along the way. The app updates are also excellent – especially for tracking meals and toilet training. We enrolled our baby when he was just 6 months old, and now he is almost 3 years old. Over the past few years, this childcare centre has truly become like a second home for our child. All the educators have been incredibly caring, patient and supportive. They always look after our child with so much attention and kindness, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. We are also especially grateful to Becci for her ongoing kindness, support and help to our family. We would also like to give a special thank you to Tweenies teachers, Miss Meggie and Miss Pat, for the support and guidance they have given to our baby. They have truly helped him grow so much during this time. Thank you to all the wonderful educators and staff for everything you do. We truly appreciate the love and dedication you give to the children every day, and we look forward to many more happy years here as our child continues to grow and learn with you.

TLDR: Believe Playschool is a unicorn of a daycare — passionate leadership, thoughtful facilities (including a brilliant indoor/outdoor play space and undercover drop-off), genuinely caring educators, and incredible support for things like allergies and potty training. We absolutely love Believe Playschool and feel incredibly lucky to have found it. One of the things that first appealed to us is the location. It’s perfectly positioned on the way from home into the city for work, but it’s also very convenient when working from home. The undercover drop-off parking underneath the centre is such a thoughtful feature — especially on rainy days when you can quickly drop off or pick up without juggling umbrellas, bags and a toddler. I’m someone who really notices attention to detail, and I knew during our tour with Becci that this was the daycare for us. You can immediately see the level of passion, organisation and care she brings to the centre. It’s rare to find someone who is the owner, the director, has a long career in early childhood education, and is also a mum herself — it truly feels like you’ve found a unicorn in daycare leadership. Our daughter started here when I returned to work after parental leave. She had a dairy intolerance when she was born, and the team were fantastic in helping us manage this. They worked closely with us while we progressed through the dairy ladder under the guidance of our allergy specialist, which gave us huge confidence that she was being carefully looked after. Another standout feature is the indoor/outdoor playground. It’s a large indoor space with many louvre windows that allow for shade but also great ventilation throughout the day. This was really important to us when choosing a centre for our baby. Many other places we visited either had outdoor areas with very little shade or indoor spaces with limited ventilation — Believe struck the perfect balance. We also love the cultural diversity of the centre among the parents, staff and children. Our daughter especially enjoys the cultural celebrations and festivals that the daycare runs — it’s wonderful seeing her experience and learn about different cultures. Lastly, our daughter is currently potty training and I am so grateful to the staff at Believe who have essentially taken the lead in helping her through this stage. It was actually eye-opening when I spoke to colleagues at work and realised that many parents have to give daycare detailed instructions about potty training. Our experience has been the opposite — the educators have guided the process and even given us helpful tips on how we can support her at home. Overall, the care, thoughtfulness and professionalism at Believe Playschool really stand out. We feel very fortunate that our daughter is growing and learning in such a supportive environment.

I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful daycare in our local area. Enrolling my son in daycare at 12 months was a big decision, and one I did a lot of research for. Out of all the tours I did, Believe was the place that made me feel most confident it was the right fit for both me and my son. Becci and Sonny are so engaged, passionate and knowledgeable, and they have an incredible team of educators at Believe. My son’s transition into daycare was overall positive, and he has only continued to thrive now at 1.5 years old.
