We are so grateful to Becci, Sonny, and the entire team at Believe Playschool. They created such a nurturing and supportive environment for both of our children. Our daughter started at Believe when she was 3 years old, and from the very beginning, she was encouraged to grow, explore, and be herself. She blossomed into a confident, strong-willed girl who is now thriving at school—and we believe it all began with the wonderful care and guidance she received at Believe. Our son also started his journey at Believe at just 10 months old, and the love and attention he received in the nursery room was exceptional. He was absolutely adored and looked after with such warmth and dedication. Today, he is a happy, independent little boy, and we credit so much of that to the incredible nurture and support he experienced at Believe.

I cannot recommend Believe enough! Becci, Sonny and their team are the most caring and thoughtful team. They embraced our twins and built such strong bonds. We ended up moving and it was so sad to leave them! Please do yourself a favor and pick Believe if you're looking for childcare.

In the light of the current childcare scandals it's important to know that there are some wonderful people doing splendid work caring for our children. Becky of Believe playschool and her kind and clever staff members are right up there at the top of the list. Our grandson has been attending their childcare centre now for over a year. We pick him up twice a week so we get to see what's going on there regularly. The children are always active and happily engaged in play and the teachers always alert, caring and informative. I could not recommend them more highly.

This is simply a wonderful playschool. The staff are amazingly attentive, supportive and caring - building strong positive relationships with their young students quickly. The owners, who are also educators in the facility, are the most lovely and warm people who truly care and support. Our daughter has built lasting friendships with her peers and her educators, and whilst we are happy to be moving to our new home, we are extremely bittersweet to have to leave Believe Playschool. Highly recommended.

Best Daycare service! Both my kids attended full time Daycares since 6 months old and Believe Playschool was by far the best quality service and methodology we experienced for them. We were very particular about our kids’ sleep routine, eating quality foods and using cloth nappies, and Believe team attended to all our requirements. Our youngest was able to potty train earlier than we expected because of the incentives and consistency that the Believe team provided to him to be successful. We also learnt so much to be better at home for our kids based on Believe positive methods. Becci and Sonny run a fantastic team and environment at Believe. They truly are passionate about kids and early education. So, I could not recommend it more for family who are looking for high quality daycare and preschool for the children.

From the very first day, we felt welcomed and part of a close-knit community. The staff treat every child with such warmth and care, making it feel like an extended family. The centre is always spotless, which gives us great peace of mind. The semi-outdoor space is a fantastic feature, with plenty of natural light and fresh air that our daughter loves. It's such a healthy and inviting environment for the kids. We've seen such a positive change in our daughter since she started at Believe. She's grown so much more confident, thanks to the incredible support and encouragement from her teachers. They truly nurture her curiosity and help her thrive. We couldn't be happier with our choice of daycare. Believe Playschool is a safe, clean, and loving place where our daughter is flourishing. Highly recommend it to any parent!

My wife and I love Beleive playschool, we felt our daughter was safe , happy , excited to go every time. The staff was amazing, and were informed every time how she was progressing socially and learning. We highly recommend beleive playschool

I initially wrote a 5 star review but recently had to take it down and change it to 1 Star, due to an incident with the male teacher & who is the OWNER of the childcare & my 4 year old daughter. The daycare is owned by him & his wife who is also the manager which was a conflict of interest in my case. (I am unable to write the full story due to maximum words). The incident started with my daughter refusing to nap in the class or lay down quietly to rest during their 1 to 2 hour nap schedules. My 4 year old doesn't nap at home, sleeping or resting in the class was difficult for her so she rebelled by having either tantrums or not complying. We had asked if she can do a quiet activity or go to another area, but was advised that it wouldn't be fair for the other kids who are sleeping/resting. I had asked what actions were taken against her when she doesn't comply, they replied; Those that don't nap/rest don't get stickers, and my daughter would also be refused to take part in an activity or play with a toy. When we went home, my child told me that her male teacher had pinched her arm and taken her outside because she was naughty. The next day, my husband & I had a meeting to discuss about my child's behavior the previous day (1st time physically spitting towards her teacher during nap time) and were hoping he would open up about the alleged incident. They didn't so we brought up about her allegation. He then admitted & said he was embarrassed. We then asked him & his wife how their investigation report will be conducted as it's a conflict of interest if his wife is involved. It was said it would be an internal investigation by THEIR own 2 teachers, NO external investigation which was strange & biased. We requested to watch the CCTV & the next day we watched 2 snips which showed my child refusing to lay down, then she spat towards him & he then grabbed her upper arm with force (pinch), stumbling her outside the classroom door & leaving her outside between the tiny space outside the solid door and pool gate in the foyer/lift. Then the 2nd clip shows when she re enters the classroom & was made to apologize to the class. The owners didn't address how long she was outside for, until my husband saw the time stamp between both videos & showed almost 30 mins. Then he admitted. She has no sight of anyone where she was kept, and my concern then came upon that there is no supervision & anything could have happened in 30mins. He had advised he had checked up on her about 2 times, at what extend idk. We initially tried to keep an open mind, however that quickly changed once they had sent us their 'internal investigation'. It was a huge SLAP IN THE FACE outrageous! Nothing was mentioned about her being neglected and isolated outside, the extent of his actions and the conclusion was even a bigger disappointment with his actions were being praised & commended, and it ONLY outlined my child's behavior. The next red flag was when I made a complaint to the NSW Department of Education, I was advised that BELIEVE PLAYSCHOOL did NOT report the incident within 24 hours of the complaint by the parent or report it at all! They also didn't supply the investigator their ridiculous 'internal report'. The next shocking thing was, when I had asked how she was in that 30mins alone, they replied she was okay & not crying. LIES! We were shown the footage, and you can see & hear her cry out!! I was so~ angry & couldn't watch the video, and I then understood, they tried to play it out as if they did nothing wrong, & they tried to hide from his actions. I was let down by the owners, I initially had only good things to say about them, they were always smiling, so kind to you & honestly I wouldn't ever think badly of him and his wife, until I uncovered the honest truth.. It was all a LIE. Actions speak louder than words. My child goes to a new school & her behavior has changed significantly & her new teachers praising how positive she is now. Thank GOD my child told me what happened or else I wouldn't of known what happened at Believe Playschool.

I am very happy that we moved our son to Believe play school a year ago. He is so loved and cared for by all his teachers. I love the indoors and outdoors environments, especially the indoor playground that shelters the children from the cold wind and rain. Overall, I strongly recommend Believe Play School to anyone looking for care.
