All educators complete comprehensive child protection training before starting. Annual refreshers and partnerships with Bravehearts support our team and the children in their care.
Children are never left alone with a single educator. We work in teams to ensure supervision is visible, consistent and accountable.
Our centres are built with open sightlines, glass doors and discreet viewing panels to support safe supervision. CCTV operates in key areas to assist leadership oversight.
We carefully screen every person who works at Harmony. We verify qualifications, check references, confirm Working with Children Checks and deliver full induction training before any educator begins.

Families have the flexibility to make payments and bookings while on the go while complying with the new electronic payment of gap fee regulations.
We recognise the importance of healthy foods and drinks for your child’s growth and well-being. That’s why we are dedicated to offering wholesome, nutritious, and balanced meals every day. Additionally, we fully support breastfeeding mothers and warmly welcome you to come into your child’s studio to feed at any time.
Our bi-weekly seasonal menus are thoughtfully curated by our chefs and displayed on the kitchen noticeboard in each centre. They offer a variety of options that can be tailored to meet the individual needs of every child. We have collaborated with medical and paediatric nutrition experts to ensure our meals align with Nutrition Australia’s national guidelines, promoting healthy growth and development.

Therefore, Harmony is a ‘NUT-FREE zone.’ If your child has other food allergies, please inform us so we can make the necessary accommodations. My son is 3 years old and he has loved his time here at Harmony Lennox head so much that he has started asking to go on days which he is not enrolled and now we have enrolled him in on an extra day

We’ve been apart of Harmony Lennox head for over 12 months and we have absolutely loved our time here. Both my kids settled in very smoothly and formed genuine connections with their amazing care givers. I have felt more than comfortable leaving them in such a caring and nurturing environment. Their facilities are amazing and have so much on offer, the kids are involved in so many fun and educational activities! Beyond that, the care givers & educators are really where their heart is. They are so kind, genuine & caring towards the little people in the centre and it shows through the love my kids have for them. They became part of our village and we are only departing as we are relocating otherwise we wouldn’t leave this beautiful centre! I cannot recommend it enough. We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Harmony Lennox Head. Our time there has been really valuable, and we’ve loved watching Adler settle in and grow in confidence. He’s made so many friends and genuinely looks forward to going each day.
