We loved it when we first started. However there are big issues around supervision, staff seem unhappy and the overall feel of the service is no longer the same as it once was.

I have two children at Grow Heathmont and we’ve had a wonderful experience. It’s a great kinder program my daughter has come so far in the short time she’s been there. My son has been struggling, but the management and educators have gone above and beyond to support him. I really appreciate the care and dedication they show to both my kids.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Grow! From day one, they’ve been so welcoming, caring, and supportive, not just for my little one, but for our whole family. My son absolutely loves going each day, which says everything! He’s always excited to see all the girls and comes home happy, learning new things all the time. I’m so grateful for everything they do — it’s such a relief knowing my child is in such great hands. I honestly couldn’t recommend Grow more 💕🌿

I've sent my 2 kids here for 2 years now, grow staff and educators have gone above and beyond our expectations. The feedback we get each day we send our kids is a great insight into what our kids have learnt and even eaten in the day. They have been extremely supportive in helping us toilet train both our kids comfortably and always having a smile on their face at the end of each day. Previous child care had very little supervision and was nothing like grow at all. 100% reccomend grow heathmont to the local community. We even moved house away from heathmont to 3 suburbs away and we have continued to keep them at grow purely for the happiness they bring out in our kids.

Our daughter attended Grow Early Education Heathmont (Sep 2024 – Sep 2025). Within just two months I had to sign four incident reports, including: • 21 July 2025 – hit on the head by a wooden toy • 16 Sept 2025 – bitten (bite marks) • 17 Sept 2025 – scratched on the face After the last incidents, we immediately moved her to another centre. While the building and facilities are good, supervision in the Junior Kinder room was poor compared with the Toddler room. Sadly, my daughter was scared to attend.

I couldn’t recommend Grow Early Education Heathmont enough to families. Both of my children have attended since the centre first opened, and we’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience. The Centre Director Jamey and all the staff are among the most caring, professional, and supportive people I’ve ever come across. Nothing is ever too much trouble — they genuinely go above and beyond to support children and their families. What really stands out is how willing they are to work closely with parents and, when needed, external professionals, to ensure every child is supported in their individual development. Their commitment to nurturing young learners is truly exceptional. Grow Heathmont has been such a fantastic addition to the local community — we feel very lucky to have found it and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for high-quality early childhood education and care.

Best child care you could wish for. New and clean building and amazing staff members. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this childcare enough. After having a couple of terrible experiences elsewhere, it put me off having my children in care. When I found grow in Heathmont the educators all took time to know and understand both of my children. They accept every child and their individual needs and care for them accordingly. I have found they cater for each individual child as best they can, and it shows. I travel 15 minutes each way to come here, I just wish I found them sooner! So so highly recommend!
