We have been part of the Balwyn Discovery Bay family for more than three years, and we are truly grateful for the wonderful care, love, and dedication the team provides every single day. The centre offers exceptional programs, fun incursions and excursions, and amazing facilities that make it a warm and nurturing place for children to learn and grow. The meals and snacks are simply the best — from morning tea to afternoon tea, everything is prepared with so much love and care. A very special thank you to Ms.Tee for her delicious food, especially her signature pancakes that everyone loves! We would also like to thank Ms. Jing Wang, the lovely and caring Centre Manager, for her outstanding leadership and kindness; Mrs. Poonam for her energetic and caring personality and her kind heart; Ms. Ivy for her gentle care and love for the children, and Ms. Shareen for her always welcoming smile. All the educators, from the baby room through to the 4-year-old kindergarten room, are absolutely amazing, patient, and kind. We’re sorry we can’t mention everyone by name, but please know how much we appreciate each of you. Dylan will be finishing at the end of December, and we will truly miss you all so much. I am truly, truly grateful to every teacher in my son Polo’s class — Ms. Erna, Ms. Yuan, and Ms. Wendy. When my little one first started, he had just turned one and couldn’t even walk yet. Now, he can jump around, recognize many numbers and English letters, sing, dance, and is learning to talk. The teachers have shown incredible patience and care every step of the way. My child remembers each teacher’s name with so much affection, and as parents, we feel completely at ease sending him here. Our whole family is very thankful for everything the teachers have done.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the experience our daughter has had at Discovery Bay Balwyn. From the moment she started, we’ve seen such positive growth—not just in her academic and developmental milestones, but in her confidence, independence, and joy in learning. The Montessori approach has been such a perfect fit for her. It has helped shape her into a curious, thoughtful, and self-directed little person, and we truly believe the foundation she’s received here will benefit her for life. The recent transition to kinder was such a big step, but it was handled with so much care and thoughtfulness by the amazing educators. The team at Discovery Bay is truly exceptional—the teachers are warm, nurturing, and incredibly skilled at recognising and supporting each child’s individual needs and personality. They’ve created an environment where our daughter feels safe, inspired, and free to be herself, and as parents, that’s all we could ever ask for. It’s such a joy to watch our daughter thrive, and we’re excited to see how she continues to grow in this next chapter. We can’t recommend the entire team at Discovery Bay enough to any family looking for a childcare centre that genuinely understands and celebrates each child’s unique potential.

I have been bringing my 3 year old here for over a year now and have been very impressed, the educators are kind, skilled and also understanding of parents worries. The centres chef feeds them very well and healthy too. It’s priceless having the peace of mind that my child is happy, enjoying himself and learning while I’m at work.

Our 2 little one was here in 2 years, Isaiah and Deborah. They were enjoyed and felt very happy, safety. I am very happy with all the teachers here . They are all kind, professional and take are of the kids. I was sad when we have to leave because we moved house . I will always want to say thank you to all of the teachers here.

My son is very happy with the place and the staff are very professional and child caring, it's highly recommended to any family want her little ones to be safe and happy.
