My Daughter had baby at 34 weeks the baby was in hospital for nearly 4 weeks and then went home, the hospital put in a referral to CAFHS as her baby was a premi baby, her baby is nearly 3 months old now and she received one phone call from CAFHS, no where to have baby weighted no checking up up on baby. I am very disappointed in there service, so where wss the support for her and her baby 😡😡😡😡😡
