My little one has been in IEL as his first childcare and the whole team shows their great love and unexpected patience to help him getting through the new adventure. The environment is clean and tidy and every kid is so lovely. All educators are very caring and the whole team works very tight together. IEL has become the favourite place my babe will go and now he enjoys going there every week!

Our son has been going to this centre for a year now, and we couldn’t be happier. The educators are truly caring and wonderful with both babies and preschoolers. Even though he only attends two days a week, he’s always excited to go. He started in the baby room and recently moved up to the preschool room — the transition was handled so gently, and we felt really supported throughout. The educators made sure he could still have his daytime naps as he was used to, and they were amazing with toilet training too. We’re so grateful for the warm and nurturing environment they’ve created. It really feels like a second home for our little one.

IEL is the best daycare I've experienced. It is a close and tight knit centre and all the educators are wonderful as well as very accommodating - you can tell that each and everyone of them genuinely love and care about children. Our daughter is in the nursery room and her regular week is always filled with age appropriate scencory activities to help with her development or special events to keep things fun for the kids. Innovative Early Learning is a unique privately owned centre which is passionate about offering an inclusive and loving environment which encompasses a holistic and natural approach to Early Childhood Education and Care. Our qualified educators cater for children 0-6 and offer many experiences to encourage all levels and aspects of Early Childhood development, our aim is to provide children with a sense of belonging in an enriching, challenging, safe and stimulating environment where they can learn and develop at their own pace with ongoing support, love and encouragement.
Innovative Early Learning provides many one on one and group activities which stimulate the development of young minds, all of our programmes are tailored to suit the needs of each child as an individual and are guided by the Australian Early Years Learning Framework, Belonging, Being and Becoming, we are also proud to adopt aspects of the New Zealand Early Childhood curriculum Te Whariki in our daily routine and practices through out the centre. Our educators utilise many teaching techniques and thrive on the use of natural resources, heuristic and loose parts play. Natural resources encourage our children to extend their imaginations as they use materials in many different ways while loose parts encourage a wide range of play behaviours which include dramatic play, symbolic play, constructive play and social play and encourage a child’s interest to learn.
Innovative Early Learning has an open door policy and actively provides a home away from home environment; we proudly embrace all cultures and value the partnerships we create with our families and the knowledge they can provide us which assists us to achieve the highest quality of care, all of the children at Innovative Early Learning enjoy a seamless transition throughout the different age grouped classrooms in the centre and benefit from our interest based and child centred learning approach.
